TOTAL SCAM. THE PRODUCT IS NOT AS YOU CAN SEE ON THEIR WEB. ONCE I SEE REVIEW TELLING ME IT S A SCAM I VANCELED MY PURCHASED IN 5 MINS. AS PER TNC IT SHOUDVE BEEN ABLE TO CANCEL. BUT THEY STILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR CC ANS SEND TRASH.

Ordered several items from Lemongor and wanted to return two. I was first told I must have the SKU numbers to receive a Return Shipping Label. I provided the SKU for both items.....and never heard from them again. I repeatedly re-sent my email but to no avail.
Then without an order, I received three of the same blouse. I am turning in all of my data and other reviews in to the New Mexico Attorney General's office today.

Horrible!!!! Don’t buy from them!! Scam to take your money!! The products are terrible quality. They are way too small and not accurate and then the return policy stinks. They say you can return within 14 days. But then you are responsible to send it back to china. They don’t give you a shipping label. I order from china all the time. Everyone offers a return label to ship back!!

I ordered 3 items from uozee website & got 2 promptly. The third item was supposed to be sent by lemongor & it never arrived. I tried to open a dispute with PayPal to get my third item but there wasn’t much they could do. Lemongor stole my money & didn’t ship my item! Be careful with this company!

They do not address my issues and just send out generic .messages. i purchased an item 8 August and did not arrive. I.had informed them i was leaving the country 6 sept and not ha ing received the item i was canceling the order and asked for a refund.

Very very very bad experience. I ll do my best that everyone in all media knows that they are thief. Bought 3 dresses for 120$. 1 never arrived
1 was just trash . 1 was not what i command. I send them back the dresses. They do not want to refund me.

I have been trying to return my goods for over one month now. I have just received information that DHL China has, despite repeated attempts, received no response from the recipient of the package over the phone and is now threatening to throw the package away if the recipient does not respond.
Lemongor claims the package is in customs which is a total lie.
I guess I will never see my 80 USD again...

Ordered a blouse larger than my usual size to be on the safe side. Even doing that, the blouse was way too small. They use a NY address, but for a return I need to send it back to China and pay the cost. I’m sure they hope most people won’t bother to spend on a return the same amount the item costed. Ripoff!

I have never received my product. I believe is a very well articulated scam to get money from people

DO NOT BUY!! This company is a true scam. I did receive my items which were NOTHING like the pictures on the website - extremely poor quality, cheap rubbish. Poor, poor, poor customer service - every excuse under the sun not to refund money. You’d be stupid to order from this company after reading their reviews - it’s all true, THE CLOTHES ARE NOT AS SHOWN - it’s a scam!!

My experience with this company is terrible from the beginning til the end. The products came late, they were providing stupid explanations. Then I finally got them and these were the most ugly clothes ever! The fabric, the tailoring, etc. I sent them back and this cost itself a lot; and since then I am receiving only irritating comments - like the products are still in your country, when it is obvious they are in China since a month. Now they say there are custom charges, they are not responsible for and they will send back the purchase. I have never had such a terrible experience ever!
I will try to contact the authorities because I consider this a robbery.

Ikke brug jeres penge på denne firma. Det du får og det der vist på billede har intet med hinanden at gøre. Jeg vil være bedre til at syge tøjet selv. Dårlig stil, at man betaler for noget så slet ikke er det samme.

Hand‘s away! Cheap fabrics and looks like. If you return the shipment, they tell, they can‘t find it and keep the money

Ordering from this company has been one of my biggest regrets. The clothing is terrible, fabric, colour, construction and patterns. For example, if you order a larger size, they also lengthen all the shoulders and sleeves which just makes you look like an Ogar. You have to pay to ship the crap back and the cost is basically the same as the purchase. They offered me $50 returned to my CC and I have been going back and forth with them for several months now as the money has not been sent and they say to check a picture that was not sent. The bag of regret sits in the back of my closet. Do NOT order this. Save your money and time.

I am not satisfied with the fabric , but Lemongor customer service was great. I got refund.

I want to give this a zero, but since I can’t, I give it a 1. I ordered two items from there - and both were cheap garbage. It will cost me $40 to return.

I ordered twice and is now placing a third. Sure it takes ages for my order to be received but I received them.

The tracking they sent in both email confirmations were legitimate. I thought they were a scam because for 3 weeks, it says "waiting for be shipped" and I thought I lost my money but I didn't. Now I know, it takes one month to receive my order here in Dubai. It takes 3 weeks from the time I order for it to actually be shipped.

The quality is unbelievably comparable or better than high streets with competitive prices.

People at work keeps on guessing I got my new sets from zara or mango but I got them online.

For the first time, I am happy to order from an online site knowing it's coming from China. I usually order online for items I know I'll wear once or twice before I have to throw them because of substandard everything.

Lemongor's products got great fabrics, stitches, cuts, it is an amazing find and I sometimes feel selfish to not tag them in my insta stories because I don't want to be walking with everyone wearing them!

But I feel I have to counter these false allegations in this site. Truth is truth. I wish I can post photos here to prove how great they are!
