Had problems with my Lelit

Had problems with my Lelit Anna, communicated with Enrica at Lelit support. She was excellent. Very friendly and polite, absolutely no hassel dealing with her at all. Everything was done in a timely manner and everything she said she'd do, she did and did fully.

Horrible support

It took about 1 week for a response from the Lelit team. In that response, Lelit asked me to provide detail description of what went wrong, which I had already explained in my first email. If a further explanation is needed, it will end up being a lengthy email to explain. I did not respond, since my past experience is that the answer to my query will be insufficient and the response will typically be to provide more information. The best outcome was for Lelit to call me so that I can describe the issue.

I have been extremely pleased with the interactions with Lelit Support!

I have been extremely pleased with the support received from Lelit. The support technicians I've worked with are knowledgeable, patient, and very eager to assist. I was hoping that my Bianca could be repaired. But they determined a replacement was the best option, and walked me through the return process (which went very smoothly). Email responses may take a few days, but I've received a helpful response to each and every message that I've sent.

Exceptional Customer Service That Truly Cares

I recently contacted Lelit’s customer service because I was looking for a replacement power button for my coffee machine — a part I simply couldn’t find anywhere despite extensive searches. My machine was no longer under warranty, and I only wanted to locate and order the part so I could replace it myself.

What really impressed me was how genuinely helpful and professional the Lelit team was, even though they had nothing quick to gain from my request. The person handling my case not only guided me toward reliable suppliers where I could order the part, but also took the time to exchange several emails with me and even sent a video tutorial explaining how to replace the piece.

Slow to respond

Slow to respond, couldn't give a date for when my replacement was due so in the end I cancelled my order. Took over a week to receive the refund and over all hugely disappointed with the service I received
