Breville did not care about the…customer situation

Breville did not care about the situation I was in. Surely there should be a better system. Great machine but will not indulge Breville products again.

Professionali e Puntuali.

Assistenza pronta, chiara ed efficiente. Si trattava di chiarire le modalità di registrazione di un elettrodomestico, visto che nel sito la procedura presentava dei "buchi". Le istruzioni prontamente fornite via mail hanno consentito di sopperire alla carenza del sito. Professionali e Puntuali.

I had to use customer service 2 times…

I had to use customer service 2 times within 6 months, both for total machine failures. The customer service was great but the product quality was poor. If i have to use customer service you have already missed the mark. You are an espresso machine and accessory company, not a customer service company. I give Lelit 3 stars overall and only for you customer service department who is working tirelessly to preserve your reputation.

Multiple people assisting

I opened a ticket on here and via the Italian Lelit and both helped me. I got in contact with the Italian support first then they connected me with the US support.

My issue was resolved before needing to send in my machine thankfully.

Ho acquistato una lelit KATE VIP LINE PL82T 4 anni fa', pagandola circa 1000 euro, morale della favola la porto in assistenza per una perdita d'acqua, per sistemarla mi hanno cercato 450,00 euro, pura follia, mai più peccato 🤮🤮

I have been using the Lelit Bianca V3…

I have been using the Lelit Bianca V3 for a year now and couldn't be happier. The machine delivers consistently excellent espresso, and I absolutely love experimenting with the flow control to get the best possible shots from different beans. A big thank you to the Lelit Care team for their outstanding support and communication. Super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for any espresso enthusiast!

My problem is intermittent. No one even responded until sent a picture of my box. There was no where to register.
