5 stars not enough...
There were some issues experienced in the supply and delivery of a biggish item but the skill and tenacity deployed by the support staff (thank you Clara) in overcoming the obstacles were second to none. Leisure World will certainly be my first stop in the future.
I am not related to anyone with anything to do with LW... but believe good service is worth rewarding!

We have just bought a motorhome through Leisure World at Catterick. We dealt with Margaret and Nick there and both were hugely knowledgeable about the different type of motorhome and we felt very safe in their hands. The experience we had during the process of buying was second to none. Margaret kept us updated every step of the way, sourced information about things we needed, add ons etc.

We always go to The Brompton on swale outlet and Lee D has been extremely helpful always going the extra mile to give personal top quality advice.
The centre is very lucky to have him and because of him we keep on using Leisure world as our favourite supplier of outdoor equipment.

All staff i have spoken too at the service desk very friendly and helpful i had a problem with my caravan and the staff put me at ease straight away so from me a massive thank you, my caravan is serviced by yourselves and I can relax knowing your staff are and have done a great job thank you all.

It was fun we just wished there was a bigger pool and like we know the younger kids can’t go in the flume so we understand that’s why there’s a small pool because most of it for the kids but also there was pretty much a long queue but we can’t blame you on that but what we personally didn’t like was that you weren’t allowed to wear goggles on the rapids like I’ve got splashed in the eyes and that was painful overall a good place to visit I recommend going on the blue flume

Having a stressful week trying to get a tube of adhesive from falcon technology, which was missing from our rear view camera order.
After several emails back and forward to Falcon have not yet supplied the adhesive.
We walked into Catterick Caravans and told our tale of woe to BEN, who sorted our glue problem without hesitation gave use the glue from their stock item.
First class service from BEN.

Had my annual service and just picked up my caravan , as always did a fantastic job and found a few issues I wasn’t aware of which will be sorted out with warranty. Hope fully will be sorted soon. Update in next review!! The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable and willing to accommodate you, although they are very busy.

My recent to Leisure World to have a repair to my caravan was excellent. Karen from the service team kept me fully informed of progress and sent a video to show me the work that had been done. I hope this is a sign that caravan dealerships are improving customer service if so a positive improvement.

Bought a 3 yo caravan which we are very pleased with. A few niggles dealt with through Hannah & the after market team with a short stay in workshops. A missing item sent to us (200 miles away) arrived next day. Good service.

A very friendly and positive team in the service department. Immensely helpful in resolving and fixing a problem with the ATC. I can enjoy towing the caravan again without a worry.

Annual service & a couple of jobs done today. Booking & comms in advance easy & clear. On the day Hannah supported clearly & explained the work done & notes from the technicians.
Worth the hour plus journey to Leisureworld.

Josh at Leisureworld sold us our new Elddis Autoquest CV20. There were plenty of different campervans and motorhomes for sale and Josh was very knowledgeable about the different ones and the wait time of each. He offered impartial advice and did not pressure us at all. We were able to email/WhatsApp him and he answered all our queries promptly. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

The whole experience when having our caravan assessed for warrant work was amazing.
Sophie on reception and Craig the technician were friendly helpful and knowledgeable .

From receiving our invitation the date was in the diary, had a good look around the camper vans, etc, the shop had some great offers on too 👍. Had a piece of pizza, glass of fizz followed by a hot drink in the cafe. The staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. A great Sunday outing.

Spent 2 days looking before ordering a vehicle. Steve Cattle was extremely helpful and patient. He did everything within his power to ensure we got the perfect van for us. All the staff we had contact with were cheerful a d friendly.
I would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a great day out at there weekend show that they put on, so impressed of the vast stock in the shop and outside area.
Found the staff very pleasant and knowledgeable about there products.
Fully recommend a visit for all your caravan and Motorhome requirements.
