Absolutely fantastic experience, amazing customer service from Clare (she definitely deserves a pay rise!), the products are top notch, premium quality with a decent price tag. Packaging is great, very clear info pertaining to ingredients, bottle size and good colour swatches on the webpage. Quality nail colour that lasts a good amount of time, without chipping or cracking, nourishing ingredients make it the only brand that my nails respond to well, without drying or flaking. I genuinely feel I've found my go to nail colour and care @ Leighton Denny. Cannot recommend it enough. A+ I trust with my entire heart.

Brand new bottle of NV top sheared off from bottom, whilst sealed, spilling contents all over duvet.
First, they refuse to accept there was anything wrong with bottle. Then stated must be old stock, yet I purchased recently! Some shops obviously have old stock due to Covid.
Then refuse to reimburse me for replacement duvet, despite having pics of faulty bottle and duvet.
Disgusting customer service.
Be careful what you buy! Just because not happened before, doesn't mean can't happen.
