Excellent service again

Easy to navigate website, competitive pricing and items actually in stock when they say they are, means Leicester Drones get my business again. Couple that with quick delivery and you cannot go wrong.

I had to pay extra for shipping and…

I had to pay extra for shipping and then when it turned up I had to pay an additional €20 for international shipping even though I paid for it initially. In essence I ended up paying almost the same amount for shipping (£35) that I did for the goods (£38).

Due to the UK no longer being in the EU customs union, import duties are now a necessary part of shipping to European countries from the UK. We want to clarify that the initial shipping fee you paid covers the cost of getting your order to your country, but it does not include any import duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities.

Very helpful and polite person I spoke…

Very helpful and polite person I spoke to over the phone regarding our needs for a new drone for my company. Would 100% recommend if looking at purchasing a new drone whether as a private individual or a company. Not to mention that they were the only company to have the drone in stock that we needed.
