ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I recently purchased a stone from Leibish, and while the diamond itself is adequate, I’ve had a stressful experience with shipping and customer service. When I purchased the stone, it was indicated that it was located in New York, which was not the case. The stone ended up shipping from overseas, which in and of itself would not be that big an issue (just longer delivery time). The issue was that the person that shipped the stone did not fill the paperwork out correctly. I found out there was a problem when an agent from FedEx reached out to me requesting my EIN to import the stone and telling me to fill out a form 5106. This was all very confusing as a regular consumer, so I reached out to Leibish to step in and resolve the issue. Although they did eventually get it sorted, I spent a day emailing and calling FedEx and 2 different contacts at Leibish. This situation was also complicated by the fact that the person that sold me the stone was located in their overseas office, which made timely correspondence challenging. The representatives at Leibish were friendly and helpful, but the situation shouldn’t have happened to begin with. I did end up receiving the stone and am currently debating whether it will work for my needs.

The other issues I have had involve putting a reservation on a different stone to hold it. No one ever reached out to complete the purchase or clear the reservation, so I ended up talking to 3 different people at Leibish trying to get the reservation removed and my deposit refunded. One of the agents I spoke with actually contacted the person that sold me the diamond I mention above, erroneously telling them that I wished to return the stone, which caused even more confusion. The issue has still not been resolved at this point, though the third person I spoke with about it said it has been taken care of.

As a final word of advice, keep an eye on the online chat function (if you use it) to be sure that someone is available to assist you. It will let you send a message when no one is online and you will just wait for a response.

If my order had gone as others have stated in their reviews, with fast shipping and no problems, I would not hesitate to recommend Leibish. However, this was not my experience.

Leibish did an amazing job in custom creating my 10th anniversary tanzanite and diamond baguette eternity ring!

I worked with Itzik and Levi in creating this masterpiece. The ring itself required advanced skill in both creating the correct proportions of the diamonds while also master skill in the benchwork of the piece. In both of these aspects Leibish excelled and it was obvious that they are very used to working with high-end custom pieces that require this level of attention to detail.

All diamonds are stunning and perfectly compliment the gorgeous center-stone. I'm amazed at how each diamond fits perfectly with one another, which I learned is called "watch precision" due to the extreme perfection of cuts for all stones to fit together. The result is nothing short of a masterpiece.

I am very happy I took the time to work with Liebish's elite team of professionals to create this piece and will be happy to work with them again in the future for more commemorative pieces.

This was my third purchase. After having researched the internet; Leibish Diamonds was one mentioned most often as being recommended. They are also one of the few companies invited to the Argyle Tender. I spoke with Itzik at Leibish. He was both professional and knowledgeable discussing all aspects of the pieces I was looking at. Both positive and negative. There was no pressure to purchase; only what was best for the customer. Their care, delivery and follow-up was seamless, very quick and efficient. This is a company well worth looking at.

15 stars!! This was legitimately the easiest, friendliest, smoothest customer experience I have ever had. The response time was amazing, the attentiveness of the staff to fill your needs and answer any questions you might have is incredible. I worked with Meira. She was polite, and patient, and generally very nice to deal with. She helped me through the process, even while I was in another timezone on the other side of the world, she made it look easy. As for the product, the array of colored diamonds is the best you will find anywhere in the world outside of the mine itself. They are beautiful and true to their online presence. If I could rate this experience higher I would. Absolutely the best!

Leibish's level of customer service and support is amazing! We are incredibly happy with our beautiful colored diamond. Leibish was very easy to work with when designing the band, choosing options, and then when we had to make adjustments to the size of the band, Leibish provided overnight shipping support to make the changes happen quickly and safely.

Genuine and quality product at great price...

For natural coloured diamonds, Leibish arguably have the best reputation in the world, and for good reason. I did extensive research before choosing to buy from Leibish. No other retailer can compete with the range and quality of diamonds that are naturally coloured, with no heat treatment.

I’m in the UK, and the idea of buying a highly valuable item from sellers in Israel, with (due to Covid lockdown) no chance of inspection in person, felt a little daunting, or even downright risky. But right from my first dealings with Leibish I was put completely at ease. For one thing, their stones are shown on their website in 3D and in such high definition, you can see in fine detail exactly what you are getting before you commit. In addition, Leibish display GIA certificate for each stone IN FULL online. You’ll notice not many dealers do this.

Customer service was excellent. Levi did his utmost to fit my requirements for the ring, with lots of options and suggestions. No hard selling, and no attempt to up-sell.

Most notably, the care and attention from Leibish continued not just until I had paid, but right up to the moment that the ring arrived with me in the UK and I confirmed that I was happy with it.

Having had this experience with Leibish, I simply wouldn’t contemplate buying coloured diamonds from anywhere else!

Customer service and quality of the product are a priority for Leibish. I had never purchased jewelry online prior to my experience with Leibish and was hesitant about buying something that I wasn’t able to physically hold in my hand and examine. Leibish offered the best high resolution multi angle photos (and videos) of each diamond in their expansive inventory. The sales representative that I worked with (shout-out to Meira) was beyond fantastic. We were in constant communication about what I wanted from the customized engagement/wedding rings I was purchasing. When the diamond I originally wanted was purchased, Meira was able to immediately acquire additional comparable options beyond Leibish’s current inventory for me to choose from. When I chose an engagement ring that didn’t mesh with any of their available wedding bands, the jewelers were able to create a wedding band with specific features unique to the engagement ring. At every step of this process I was made to feel a priority and that they would do everything possible to satisfy my needs. I can’t wait for my next purchase from Leibish!
