Bracelet original, couleurs éclatantes, fermoir singulier , parfait pour un bijou masculin

Suite à une demande de Sav, en février et 2025 mon bracelet est pris en otage plus de 5 mois après le service après vente quand il veut bien me répondre me balade ... Cela ressemble de l escroquerie

En boutique les vendeurs sont super , très prof
Par contre si il y a un souci et que vous avez besoin du SAV prenez votre mal en patience ,un bracelet déposé en janvier et toujours pas de retour des ateliers de la marque , malheureusement pour moi un deuxième acheté dans la foulée a du aussi partir en réparation. Le tout a moins d’un an !
Ça ne vaut pas le coup fuyez !!!

Je suis pleinement satisfaite de mon achat. Le bijou que j’ai reçu est de très bonne qualité, tant au niveau des matériaux que des finitions. Il correspond parfaitement à la description et aux visuels présentés sur le site. Je recommande cette marque sans hésitation pour le sérieux de son service et la qualité de ses produits.

Like some negative reviews here, I sent two items I bought for servicing and have not received them back.

Tracking says items were received 5th Feb. Le Gramme acknowledged receipt on 13th Feb.

40+ emails exchanged over the last 4 months. Usually there's no reply. When they reply, it's always another excuse for a delay. The latest one was that workshops are closed two weeks in May due to French holidays.

Shocking that I still have not got my items back after 4 months.

I recently made my third purchase from Le Gramme. I love the simplicity and quality of the designs especially for mens jewellery as it's the second bracelet I have gifted for my husband. We also purchased our wedding bands from Le Gramme. Engraving is always subtle and done well and reliable delivery to the UK.

I really like le gramme’s products and its brand - However, the customer service experience has been unacceptable, to the extend that it feels like a scam.

I got gifted a bracelet at the end of last year, which unfortunately didn’t fit, I then reached out to legramme and they offered to resize it (for a service fee), which according to them would take 6-7 weeks. After shipping it to France at the beginning of January. After an update at the end of January that the bracelet arrived (which I only received after checking in myself), there has been no communication whatsoever, despite one follow-up email from my side each in March, April and May (I.e. after the end of the communicated period). Additionally, the phone numbers listed on the website are either dead or never manned.

If things take longer than expected due to delays, that can happen and that by itself I can tolerate and have understanding for. However, I expect from a premium label like le gramme in such a case a proactive communication keeping the customer updated on the status, especially if it’s a paid service. But not responding to messages from a customer for 3months, while sending out almost daily newsletters (which feel like mockery at this point), is just not acceptable and in my eyes destroys their brand image.
Despite this being a true 1 star experience, I’m giving 2 stars as I still have the hope legramme manages to resolve this issue quickly and in general reviews and overhauls their costumer service approach and experience.

Retourné une commande avec référence et facture : Le Gramme me rembourse une autre commande (moins chère).
Aucun moyen de joindre un humain de cette boutique : téléphone avec répondeur uniquement, réponse par IA aux mails, réponse par chatbot au chat du site.

I ordered a few pieces that I had been eying and that came back in stock. Delivery was fast with DHL express. I requested an exchange for a ring that was slightly too large. The whole exchange process (return / receive exchange) was completed in a week. Quality of the pieces is excellent, as I’m used to from Le Gramme.
