I have been trying to return and they will not respond. First, the picture of the capris is the exact picture of some capris I ordered from amazon. Not their photok, second, not the brand that is shown in picture. In fact, there is no label on the inside, fit ot close to being correct and the fabric is so cheap and krinkly I'm not sure if I can even cut them off and make shorts out of them. I fell (again) for an internet TRASH company that takes advantage of people. I will respond negatively to any of their ads on instagram.

I received the wrong pants and they never got back to me. I emailed many times with no response.

They sent an email stating my order was delivered. I did not receive any package. I emailed and did not receive a response at all to my request. Total fake website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They are a scam.

Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, bei Legletics zu bestellen. Die gelieferte Ware hat absolut nichts mit den Fotos auf der Website zu tun – weder in Qualität noch im Aussehen. Billiges Material, schlecht verarbeitet und völlig enttäuschend.

Auf meine Rückgabe- und Rückerstattungsanfrage wurde entweder gar nicht oder nur mit automatischen Standardantworten reagiert. Der Kundenservice ist faktisch nicht existent. Ich habe mehrfach geschrieben, aber keine echte Hilfe bekommen.

Wenn ihr euer Geld und eure Nerven behalten wollt: Bestellt hier auf keinen Fall!

3month wait. No notification of US - USPS tracking number. I was notified after expired delivery notice from Legalistic that it was my responsibility to find out where My package was???? No more Chinese business. Terrible customer service. This is why there is world wide tariffs. American all the way.🇺🇸🇺🇸👍🗽

Don't order from them. Order women's Medium based on their sizing. After 2 weeks of no notice of tracking, I requested a cancellation. Got a canned response which they never answered. 2 weeks later received a child's size. Sent in request for return 4 times with pictures, just received the same canned response. Reported to BBB and my credit card, got no response. Total scam.

Not even 1 star worthy. Never responded. I had to file a claim on my credit card. And the “light pink” was Barney purple. Took 2 months….. terrible company

Sweat pants I ordered for my husband were supposed to be men’s medium. They were not marked Mens, just medium, and they were extremely small. I have tried repeatedly to get a response from them on how to exchange, nothing. Don’t buy from them.

Do NOT give this company one cent of your hard-earned money. It's a scam. Zero quality, Zero customer service, zero response. It is a scam. Save yourself frustration, stress, and your valuable time. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

If there was a zero star, I would have used it.
This business does NOT respond to emails after sending generic responses and there is no telephone number to contact them. I have tried five times to contac tthem with no follow up from them.

BE CAREFUL before you purchase anything from this company.

If I could rate any lower then one I certainly would. Forever and ever to receive wrong product. When trying to contact for return/exchange no response. Sent message again and again and again and again. No reply. Address and phone number found online for Moreno ca. are fake too. Belong to a company that has nothing to do with legletic. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!

Sigh. Like all the rest, I should have read the reviews. After two months waiting, the quality of what I received was almost passable, but the size was completely off. What was supposed to be a medium men's pant was actually like a size small women's. They barely fit my size 4 sister. I've emailed the company 2x now with no response about returns/exchanges. $70 down the drain.

I purchased a pair of pants on Jan 3…
I purchased a pair of pants on Jan 3 2025. To date, I have never received the pants and Legletic has yet to respond to my inquiries about where the pants are. I’ve emailed several times and they respond by sending a form letter saying they need 3 days to respond. They’ve never responded to date. Beware of this company - they’re from China and will be impossible to get a refund from if there are any issues with your purchase. My $94 purchase was made with an Am Ex gift card. I was advised by Am Ex, purchases made with their gift cards can not be protected by fraud.
