Order was cancelled by vendor without…

Order was cancelled by vendor without any reason... I am not sure if the money will be refunded. The reviews look good, but it is quite possible a scam...I will update this in the next 5-7 days about the refund and if it doesnt happen - will chase with my bank.

Order refund has now been received - I was informed by the vendor that the order was cancelled due to non availability of product - not sure why it was shown online...I have changed my rating to 3 star now

We’d like to clarify that the order was cancelled due to a technical issue, which caused our stock levels not to update correctly. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to fulfil the order and had to cancel it.

Please rest assured that this is not a scam — Legend Footwear has been in business for over 30 years, successfully fulfilling hundreds of thousands of orders and earning over 100,000 positive reviews from our valued customers.

The refund was issued on the same day as the cancellation. As per standard banking timelines, it should reflect in the original payment method within 2 working days (depending on the card issuer or bank).

Unbeatable prices

Unbeatable prices. Super quick delivery. I was a little skeptical when first using this website as the prices looked a little too good to be true (and the website design looks a bit dated lol!) but I've now used Legend footwear 3 times over the last year or so with flawless service. Ordered 3 pair of Hokas & a pair of Lowa hiking boots for insanely cheap prices compared to anywhere else. Most definitely legit as I own both Hoka & Lowa from licenses sellers & they're identical, excellent quality. Boxes were a little bit damaged, but as expected as the stock must be pretty old now. Will definitely use again & recommend.

Concern Regarding Price Drop (£10) Shortly After Purchase

The shoes themselves are great. However, I noticed the price dropped by £10 just two days after I received the parcel. Since I have worn the shoes, they are no longer eligible for a standard refund/return. Gorgeous authentic in original box Birkenstocks I ordered sterling home slippers for winter shearling shoes and one pair oil leather sandals. I couldn’t believe the prices I wondered if they real. But truly the real and I love everything I bought ! I buy more when I need. They posted fast too.

This company does not follow European…

This company does not follow European consumer protection laws. Do not buy from them if you live in the EU.

The seller has claimed that the reason they denied a legal warranty claim is that the issue was caused by use and abuse. Well if after wearing boots for six months is reason that they get a hole in them and are no longer waterproof then THATS WHAT THE WARRANTY IS FOR.

As a reseller, we must adhere to the manufacturer's assessment and final decision.



Regarding reference to European consumer law, we want to assure that we always comply with the applicable regulations. However, in cases where a product shows damage resulting from regular use over time, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement, as per the manufacturer's policy and the law.

Great service

Great service, very speedy. Best price I could find on the Internet for the shoes I wanted. Ordered two different sizes and just in process of sending a pair back so hopefully as good and speedy as receiving items, hence the four stars
