It is a total scam: they make you believe you are paying for your dream vacation upfront, after that the member only have to pay the annual fee, and you are covered. What they don't explain in details (they just include a generic note with %) is that there is a lodging fee that increases every year, as the same rate of the annual fee. For this year 2026 , the members will have to pay $1,040 or more (depends of your membership) when booking a stay at any of the resorts, regardless of whether the member still has unused free nights/weeks to use. With this membership, staying at Hard Rock hotels will cost you a fortune; you are beter off booking directly through the hotel's website where there are plenty of deals !! DONT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL BRAIN WASH YOU

My confidence in Legendary Vacation Club was seriously damaged after a recent referral experience.

As a member, I referred a prospective buyer who was strongly considering purchasing a membership. Unfortunately, the experience was so disappointing that not only was the sale lost, but it also made me question whether I can continue recommending the brand.

When members refer friends, family, and business associates, we are putting our personal reputation behind the recommendation. In this case, the guest experienced major room maintenance issues, poor service, overcrowding, disappointing food quality, and an overall experience that fell far below expectations.

The most frustrating part is that this was not simply a vacation guest. This was someone evaluating whether Legendary Vacation Club was worthy of a long-term investment, and the experience failed that evaluation completely.

Legendary Vacation Club should place greater emphasis on ensuring that referred guests and prospective buyers receive the level of service and attention that reflects the value of the product being sold.

Very disappointing experience.

The company does not operate in good faith. I signed up for the vacation club, however upon reflection after getting home, I wanted to cancel and get a refund. I engaged the company in good faith, having not used any of my benefits awarded to me I thought I should be able to get a simple refund. I WAS SOOO WRONG. After several months of back and forth with the company refusing to issue a refund, they suddenly decided that I could get a refund, HOWEVER they wanted me to sign away my rights and the proposed agreement without any language on my refund being issued. This company is holding my money hostage, BUYER BEWARE!!!
