This is my first attempt in starting a business. Intimidation set in and had me afraid. I thought the process was going to be complicated, but it wasn't. I am extremely excited for this journey to begin. Thank you for making this process less exhausting.

I made a new will and in the process I changed my mailing address from my home in Texas to my new home here in Washington state. When I got an email receipt for my will the address that you were going to mail the will to was still my old address in Texas. So, I had to call and spend another 30 to 45 minutes getting my address updated.

Customer support have been most helpful. Although the process is simple, I do have some level of uneasiness in the use of electronic devise and getting things done electronically. They were willing and with great patience walk me through and in the end I am a happy and satisified user of their service.

Being new to opening a company the staff has been very polite and very quick to get what I have needed. The explanations has been very helpful and I am grateful for the help.
