Ordered on 17th of october LAST YEAR. Still haven't recived anything. And now when i go look for my order on the website it says "Order not found". Worst customer support i've experienced too.

FAKE SCAM STORE - STAY AWAY - DO NOT USE
Ordered at Xmas time last year and was a little dubious about the lack of information available after ordering.
After emailing multiple times about my order and receiving no item STILL, I have decided that this is a rip off and a scam.
The store webpage has now changed to legacyera.store - ANOTHER SCAM
I am forwarding all info, IP addresses etc to the police.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! customer service is an absolute joke. i ordered almost a month ago and haven’t even heard a single thing about shipping. i messaged them on whatsapp and they replied saying there is challenges in their production processes and i have since messaged them multiple times and got no response. i strongly believe this is a scam company just taking money from innocent people. absolutely disgusting and needs to be stopped immediately.

N'achetez rien sur ce site (ni celui de Fanatic Fever).
J'ai commandé un collier avec pendentif fin novembre, soit disant livrable sous 10 jours. Aujourd'hui, toujours rien, alors qu'ils ont prélevé la somme. Quand on essaie de les contacter, aucune réponse. Una amie allemande a tenté de les appeler sans succès: on tombe sur une box sans réponse !!!
J'ai voulu à l'instant vérifier le site de Fanatic Fever: site introuvable !!!!

Do not buy anything from legacy chains store because they take your money and you never receive your order i paid £30 for a necklace for my boyfriend for his birthday on the 13th of November 2024 it is now 9th of December 2024 and I still haven’t received my order they are a scam !!!!

You won't receive anything!
It's been over a week since I ordered a necklace from here and I haven't had any confirmation of shipping. I have tried sending a message on their website, live chat, WhatsApp and I've called the number and I've received no response. I paid £30 as a present for my little brother for Christmas, don't buy from here, you won't receive anything!

I bought a chain for my boyfriend, but never got it. It’s been 3 weeks now and I can understand if it takes longer, but they don’t answer when you contact them. I think U can say goodbye to my €40.
