I couldn’t have had better service from Nick and Charlene Smith.
Charlene went that extra mile by posting the bulbs to me by Special Delivery, at extra cost to the Company. She made sure that I received them before Christmas and before travelling away from home.

Ordering was easy and the parcel received was packaged without excess packing. The parcel was received within the time stated for delivery.

As ordered. On time. Well packed (survived postal delivery to bottom of an empty garden waste bin!! - should have been left in porch) & good price.

I had a few led candle bulbs that failed! But ledsmiths supplied replacements very quickly without any fuss.

Bulbs came quickly and were slightly cheaper than else where would be excellent but they didn’t work in the lamps they were bought for and flicker when switched on sadly. All bulbs were opened to fit so can’t return them. Money wasted. Fast delivery and on time though.

Nice choice, fair price and swift delivery, so why 3 stars, because they offer 5% off after you have made payment, the chap did say he would reimburse me , but he didnt..
