As a novice to novated leasing I had very little knowledge of the process of novated leasing. Emma had been very helpful in understanding the process and comparing the quotes for a fully managed lease through the salary packaging provider versus a self-managed lease. She has also been very responsive to my questions along the way via email and phone / video contact, making the process much smoother. Thank you Emma!

Emma works very hard in getting the best lease deal for us. In the end, we couldn't go with Emma because of the anti-competitiveness of my employer contract with Smart which did not allow us to go with an outside financier.
