We handle everything from tenant vetting and referencing to complete property management and guaranteed rent, making the letting process seamless, ethical, and profitable for landlords. We are currently working with landlords who are looking to sell their properties. While these homes are being marketed for sale, we offer excellent rental returns through our Temporary Accommodation (TA) model, which is based on direct agreements with local councils. These placements are not secured tenancies under the Housing Act, and we guarantee vacant possession within 28 days. This approach enables landlords to generate substantial rental income during the sales period, and many opt to continue with TA placements permanently due to the flexibility and financial benefits. Additionally, we operate a house-sharing platform for young professionals, delivered under a compliant House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) model. This provides much-needed affordable housing for key workers and essential staff, while offering landlords significantly higher returns. By managing every aspect of compliance and tenant care, we support communities in keeping vital workers housed locally and securely. As Letting and Managing Agents, we limited working with Tenants on Benefits because of previous bad experiences, primarily due to Tenants not understanding what was expected of them, especially twined with an unsupportive Council staff.
Lease for Life Mentoring has changed our minds, professional and supportive from start to finish, always accessible, and they do exactly what they promise. We recommend them and wish them all the best.

Lease for Life is a hero of today's era
I like what Lease for Life is doing; they are helping people to understand their situation and navigating them in the right direction. It took me nearly one year to be accepted into the property. I knew how many people are rejected because they are in a bad situation and of low income. I really want to fight those ridiculous rules. At least to start with the right information towards people who need a home.
