I finished my A Level Computer Science course this year and because exams were cancelled, Learn Now carried out mock exams and put my predicted grades forward for me. I was really worried but they put me at ease and acted professionally when organising my extra work. My Tutor was really busy because of all the extra work but still had time for me. I can’t fault them!

Passed my functional skills English with this company!
Marked my assignments and practice exam papers in good time. Helpful feedback. Prepared me for my exam. Very happy.

I took English Functional skills This online learning course helped me work around my full time job and study in my own time. I got constructive help and feedback provided to me through email, in good time. Very satisfied.

Very accommodating with teacher assessed grades. All staff and tutors are clearly working very hard to ensure everyone receives the grade they have worked so hard for.

Let’s look at what you get: You will get a link to download the book or it in physical form. When you have read through the material you are given a test for the Unit.
What they did
If you have questions you will be referred to the internet, rather than explained much in detail from your tutor. Your test will be marked when you submit it.
The second (non-permenent) tutor I got was nice. He made the course book’s answer sheet available to me. I’m not sure why the first one didn’t do that.
What they didn’t do
The first tutor didn’t answer my statement about myself including my goals and aims. In fact if I had not submitted my Unit test – I would have got nothing out of him (aside from a Youtube link or two if I was stuck).

As a consequence of the above I was very critical of my original tutor. Basically a jobs-worth who did the minimum amount possible to get through his workload. The second guy I got was quite nice. I couldn’t address anything to him personally – as they said any member of staff would get my correspondence. For a year I found that if I didn’t submit anything for a Month or even half a year – nobody would ask me if I was O.K. Just less for them to mark I suppose.
Conclusion
If your idea of support is being referred to Youtube and having your assignments marked – you won’t be disappointed. If you expect your tutor to actually care or take an adequate interest in your study – you’ll be out of luck. I live alone and haven’t studied Chemistry for over 20 years, so I would have appreciated a genuine supportive relationship with my course provider. I see that Learn Now are replying to all negative comments. You can start by replying to this. Why didn’t you care about my study?

I needed to take Functional Skills Level 2 for University, and I just received my exam results. I passed!! A big, big thank you to my wonderful tutors and the super helpful team at Learn Now, there's no way I would had done this without your continued help and support.

So I got learn now about a month ago for a levels mathematics. The course was advertised as the latest syllabus by cambridge. What I got was a bunch of third party links that were following the old syllabus the structure was off and the books they provided were also for an older syllabus. I contacted them for a refund and they said they could only transfer me to a different course. I agreed and now I got the a levels law course. All the texts that are supposed to be links, dont work so not even links this time basically NOTHING. JUST A BUNCH OF ASSIGNMENTS AND THATS ALL.
Not worth your 400 euros at all! I contacted them again if they wont fix this then I'm really just gonna write a letter to my bank explaining the situation and try to get my money back. Because it's basically fraud.

They advertise one thing and gave me another and they say that you cant get a refund cause you've accessed their materials well, theres no way to know what's in there without accessing. Dont waste your money you might as well give buy yourself a ton of baklava.
They also take a very long time to wrote back. When I first wrote to them they said they were gonna reply within 2 days I waited for 4 days then finally called them all the way from Switzerland in order to get a respond the lady on the phone said she wasnt incharge of such issues and asked me to wait for an email. Finally I wrote to them again saying 'if you don't get back to me I'll have to report through the credit card company. because what sort of a company charges you over 500 dollars for a service then just doesn't respond to your queries?'
While waiting I assumed that they were simply going to ignore me. I checked out their materials never downloaded ANY coursebooks. Never used any tutor assistance NEVER submitted any assignments. That's what you'll need to do (access) in order to know what's in there.
They finally wrote to me saying they cant refund but instead can credit for another course so I chose law and the only resources for that course was an e book and tutor to mark assignments the course was incomplete I have screenshots of this and, they claim here that if I was patient then the links would load yet they clearly wrote on an email to me that there are no links I just have to read the book.
It really doesn't matter weather the course provided matches the ebooks because at this point you're just verifying that even your ebooks are outdated.
Cambridge wouldn't care weather the course I took was structured differently. They will give an exam based on their current syllabus the rest is not their problem.
They advertised this course as the latest cambridge course with the current options to choose certain modules... etc, but the current syllabus is downloadable on cambridge website so it's not rocket science to prove that your course is outdated.
I sent them links and said if you can fix the problem then I'm happy to do the course and they weren't gonna do that. Instead they offered the switch which I was willing to work with but come on! Its 2021 you need to sell me something to keep my money.
This scheme could work as a business structure for many people but you have to know some fish will bite and spit and you could avoid all this if you were smart.
I'm a black woman raising a child in Switzerland you don't just get to pocket my hard earned money like that.

Extremely helpful tutors, revision, and resources which cover everything online. Would definitely recommend it as I achieved what was required to get into University.

I would give a negative review if possible. Worst tutoring site ever used. Tutor absolutely useless, and can't even answer a single question. I would not recommend Learnnow to anyone.

Does not help you book exams. Most of the content provided is just internet links to free websites. Not worth the money feel like i have been ripped off. hundreds of pounds for internet links.

Edit: very misleading reply from learnnow. the exam centre info can be found on google in 2 minutes. the extent of the "help" provided by the tutors was answering 2 questions about the user interface.

i have not used their website or help in months and have had no work graded by them. Yet they refuse to give a refund despite me having paid for 2 years worth of help and giving up on the "services" they offer after a few weeks of use.
