I had a highly disappointing experience with the customer service. I got interested in a course with live sessions, however its landing page lacked critical information, such is the time zone in which these sessions would take place, the deadline to get certified or the refund policy. When I reached out with these essential questions, only one of them was answered. Despite multiple follow-ups and reminders, I only received a complete response after the promotional period ended and the course price increased.
Because the team failed to provide timely answers, I was unable to purchase the course at the advertised price. Instead of taking responsibility and offering the promotional price—something reputable course providers have done in similar situations—they refused, citing “fairness” to other customers while disregarding the unprofessionalism of their own delays. After pointing out these issues and requesting a resolution, they ignored my last email entirely.
This kind of customer neglect and refusal to correct their own mistakes should be a red flag for anyone. If you’re looking for an AI course with transparent information, responsive support, and fair treatment, this may not be the right platform.
