I've tried a bunch of different plastic free razors and I always "dealt" with them to avoid plastic... The leaf razor was truly a game changer. The pivoting head made the experience feel more like the plastic razors that glide over your body. A good product that's totally worth it considering other plastic free razors are pretty pricy too. Plus no expensive propriety refill heads!
I haven't had an experience with their customer service yet, but I've had such a good experience with their products so far, I haven't had to reach out yet!

I love the slim on blade concept. It’s very maneuverable and gets into tight spaces.

My only question is, do your blades come in a less sharp, shall we say, then what I bought.

At the beginning the sharp blades, almost like Feather blades, are very sharp. But now after a few years I went down a notch. I use Astra, so I break them into two and perfect. As they say: Its the cat’s meow.

So do you sell blades that are more like the Astra.

Love the razor, it’s truly a gem. I would recommend to anyone.

Wanted to leave cartridges, and gave the leaf twig a try. Wish I got into this sooner. Smooth shave, very few nicks if any, and no plastic. Cartridge users wanting to try out safety razors, this is the place to start.

Great products! I love that I can easily customize the number of blades in my razor as needed. I can get a close shave without irritation, and it’s affordable to replace the blades frequently. It’s also great that I can recycle old blades from other companies with Leaf as well!

I love the Leaf razors. Besides being great tools for the job it is made only of metals and that is very important for me.

Work of art, super close shave, and a big money saver in the long run. I love that you get fifty blades for twelve bucks. I did the math—that’s like 16 cartridges with three blades in each.
Overall, 100% worth it. Super high quality! The travel case is awesome too.

While their razors are a bit on pricey, it is totally worth it! I bought mine back in 2019 with a code that gave me extra blades. I also bought a pack of blades on Amazon (sorry Leaf). I have many, many more razor blades I have yet to use. I haven't had to spend any money on refills since I bought it, whereas tradition razors have crazy-high refill costs. I haven't had to deal with their customer service yet, other than asking about an issue I had submitting a review with images. My razor is in great shape, though one of the magnets has come loose; that is something covered by the warranty though. Leaf Shave is also very active on Instagram! They responded to me faster on a comment there than an email. Overall, I hold this company in high regard.

Very happy with Leaf customer service and product! We have the twig thorn leaf and dermaplaner. Love them all. High quality. I have had the leaf and twig well over a year now and zero issues. Recently ordered the thorn. First one broke after a couple of uses, but a couple of emails and photos and a new one was sent. On my very first order, I was missing an item. I contacted CS and they sent out the item plus a free storage case. I have recently purchased the shave oil and I love it. Highly recommend!

I have owned the Leaf razor for 4+ years now and recently purchased the derma planer, too. If you're worried about a learning curve or the price tag–just stop debating right now and go ahead and make the purchase! Now that I've experienced the close shave, ease of use, and sheer quality and reliability of these tools, I sing the praises of this company! I have even purchased the Twig as a gift for my (rather stubbly) brother, too, and he also loves the shave and the money he's saving on the universal blades.

Also, this company has proven to me that they are truly dedicated to sustainability with their amazing customer service and a quick exchange when faced with a broken screw. It was so fast that I didn't even have to contemplate using a disposable razor to tide me over. They claim that you will only need to purchase one of these tools for the rest of your life and they stand by that messaging! Leaf team, you ROCK!

I have been using the leaf razor for some time now and find it excellent, I use it for head and face shaving
It is simply the best razor you will find for head shaving !
It offers adjustability due to the blade positioning system and is truly versatile.
If you are a cartridge razor user the transition is natural.
Blade choice makes it a fantastic deal, blades are much cheaper, better for the environment and gives you so many choices.

Quality of finish and the innovative design are fantastic, customer service is second to none, I have received a totally personal touch and would recommend not just this razor but the company as a whole to anyone.

Buy the razor, take your time getting to know what blade combinations work best for you and you will love it

I love this razor, it feels very luxurious, no nicks or razor burn, and the replacement razors are so much cheaper than buying disposable blades from the store and last longer. I got the 3 blade razor, and its my favorite razor ive owned by far.

I own the Twig with its stand in rose gold, its travel case, and a pack of 50 blades.
The razor looks gorgeous, watching it open and close reminds me of a glockenspiel, and most of all, the shave is a great experience. The turning mechanism was a bit hard, but Adam helped. He is quite accessible either via direct email or on Facebook. I would say great service and very nice people. I hope they contribute to the eventual renewal of the shaving world!

I bought the Leaf and the Twig razors from Leaf Shave. While I enjoyed both of them, the Leaf became my favorite. The Twig began to have a mechanical issue, so I contacted Leaf Shave about returning it and possibly exchanging it plus some money to buy a second Leaf razor.
Customer Service was very quick and sent a shipping label for the Twig with no questions asked. They also shipped me a new Leaf razor to replace my Twig at no additional cost.
Stand-up service from a great company that has an amazing product. I can't say enough, they're fantastic!

I cannot say enough good things about leaf. I purchased the leaf 3 years ago and have loved it for that long. Not only am I doing something good for the planet, but I haven’t had to buy a razor or cartridge in 3 years. Plus my razor is super sleek looking. On top of that when I dropped it and damaged it, leaf sent me a shipping label, repaired my razor and shipped it back to me ALL FREE OF CHARGE. Many brands claim to be eco friendly but leaf walks the walk with actually repairing products and not adding to overconsumption. Incredible.

Top quality products and service. I'm trying my best to reduce the amount of plastic I throw away. Stopping using cartridge razors is part of that so, I'm glad to know the Leaf will recycle my used blades. I'm also using soap and a brush now instead of foam from an aerosol can.

We can all do our bit to reduce waste. Leaf is the best way to do that with your shaving routine.

They got everything right. Excellent product. Excellent service. Who would not want to buy as it also saves the planet l through not using plastic and having a non throwaway quality pretty classy shaver.

I love my leaf razor! Like any new shaving technique, there is a learning curve. I also don't care for their single-edged blades, so I use my double-edged blades from my DE razor and just snap them in half.
It is a quality razor and I love that I am done with plastic blades and handles.
