I was concerned about leaflets not…
I was concerned about leaflets not being delivered, but there was the reassurance of GPS tracking and the company having existed since 2004 so they must know what they are doing. In fact, I did not bother to ask for the GPS records as contact from new customers and people in know in my local area getting the leaflet through their doors was sufficient. Recommended!

The leaflets that were printed were great, but I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time although it was raining a lot as it was winter and the company told me the leaflets could not be delivered in constant rain as they would turn to mush.

I regret that rain is beyond our control. We have to work around the weather. Most of the time, even in winter, is does not actually rain so we deliver most days including weekends often.
Great printing and delivery
Great printing and delivery! They printed my leaflets fast. It was cheap and just how I wanted. Their website team helped with the design too.

The GPS route on google maps cannot be cheated. Also, we are very selective who we hire and only accept about 1 in 15 candidates to deliver your leaflets. This comes with practice as we have been doing this since 2004.

DO NOT USE- fraud and threats
DO NOT USE, the sub contracted distributor is a scam artist who collects your payment and leaflets and then dumps them in a town 200 miles from us but very close to his own! Yet he is covering most of the UK areas for the main company despite me sending them proof of his actions.
We only found out when local residents of that town told us and sent photo proof.
Since then we received threatening calls to our business and false claims of racism to try to deflect his fraud and laziness.
Seriously, just burn your leaflets yourself or your money… The outcome will be exactly the same as using this company unfortunately.
And it was definitely this company we used as we took all the details and contacts from their website, despite their claims otherwise. we have all emails to confirm

We never undertook a delivery for this firm. They dealt with a different firm. I never had any contact with him and never received any payment from him. The email address is for an independent subcontractor who has his own company - https://www.trustedleafletdistributionteam.com/. I never knew anything about this delivery and was not involved. Please check your bank statement for the name of the firm that you paid. It was definitely not my firm.
The alleged incident occurred in February and the client posted this nearly a year later.
In the photo of leaflets in a street, none of the client's leaflets are visible. They are different leaflets.
Only a total idiot would leave boxes of leaflets in a public place as either a member of the public or the council would find them immediately. It makes absolutely no sense.
The photo is of Essex and the subcontractor lives in Kent. They are far from each other.
After the incident, he sent the client a photo of the leaflets in storage and stated that the client was welcome to have them back which he did not do.
I left a phone message twice for the client to discuss this, but he has not returned my calls.
The subcontractor unfortunately has written evidence of racial abuse and has reported this to the police who after interviewing him are investigating this as a race hate crime.
I have been doing this since 2004 and this has to be the strangest incident I can remember. There are so many things that do not add up.
January 2025 update. We are no longer using subcontractors and only use our own staff. This subcontractor is gone.

Days later...There is no evidence that this person had any contact with us.
She has refused to provide any information at all. I requested it via an email and above.
We have had cases of mistaken identity in the past.
It is immoral that trustpilot keeps a "review" like this live that could have been done by AI, a competitor or even a teenager.
