I first came across Shayne advertisement video on Instagram and I was skeptical at first to click and try to listen to what he has to even say. But I wanted to sell on Amazon anyhow and did not know anything about it, so I gave it a chance and had a call with them to know about their program in detail. They provide coaching services on how to run Amazon store and help you grow as you go forward. Also, they have 1:1 calls to take things even further which is amazing. If you are stuck, they are there to help you move forward. Apart from this they have a wonderful community where you can interact with others. They will motivate you, guide you, help you. I’ve been selling on Amazon using FBM for over two years, and after investing $30–40K during that time, I finally decided to join the program late last December. I started listing in January, and the results have been incredible.

I want to clarify a few things, since the company responded by claiming I was never enrolled in their program. That is completely false. I did pay and enroll — I have full bank documentation of my payment $6.000, which I am happy to provide to Trustpilot to confirm the legitimacy of my experience.

What actually happened is that after I requested a refund, they told me I had to continue using the program in order to be “eligible.” I complied, but nothing improved, and when I asked again for a refund, they blocked me from the program and from all communication channels. After that, I even received threatening emails from their lawyer, pressuring me to remove my reviews.

So not only was my money taken without any service being delivered in the end, but they also attempted to silence me. I strongly advise anyone to be very cautious before enrolling.

My experience with this company has been terrible from start to finish. The program delivers almost no real value and falls far below industry standards. Once they have your money, it feels impossible to get it back — their so-called refund policy is meaningless in practice. I strongly regret ever trusting this company, and I would advise anyone to think twice before spending a single dollar here. In my opinion, it was the worst financial decision I’ve ever made.

I have joined this program a few months back, and in all honestly I have learned so much from Shayne and the other leaders. I have already made almost 10k in sales and Im just getting started. The amount of communication you can have with the leaders is phenomenal, every step and every question I have they are so quick to respond with accuracy and guidance.
