After a rather shaky start re organising this (apparently unusual request) Nick Hawkins arrived - took this on and arranged a process with the accounts dept whilst keeping us and our tenants in the loop - thanks Nick!

She addressed all queries proactively, offering additional support. Her calm and supportive follow ups made the entire process smooth and stress free. She remained available throughout and coordinated everything clearly, informatively and courteously. Fully satisfied with the process.

Leaders has been managing our flat for many years now, and we have never had much need to follow up on anything as it has all run seamlessly.
