Leaders have managed my rental property for many years now. Robert Perry is always quick to reply to messages and manages the property (communication with tenants, repairs/maintenance etc.) very well.

Mr Robert Perry has been my property manager for many years and has always been very helpful. Just wanted to show my appreciation for his high quality service and prompt help.

I have been engaged with Leaders and there predecessors for almost 30 years. As I have been living overseas during this period, I have had to rely on the staff at Leaders to manage my property and all the issues pertaining. My main point of contact has been Rob Perry and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Over the years I have had regular contact with Rob who has managed any issues with sympathy, professionalism and fairness between myself and the tenants. Julie Preston is my lettings manager/liaison/help and has been there from the start, she can offer all round guidance for the whole process. She will not only help you sort out all of the legal aspects she will offer sound advice where possible. Simply put Leaders are lucky to have her and we are lucky to have her guidance and help.

We're current tenants of one of the properties that Leaders looks after and we cannot fault them. They are prompt with any enquiries we have or any help in maintenance of the place. Happy with their service. Keep it up.

I would also like to mention that arrangements are carried out for visiting the property on behalf of the Landlord at set times which does allow for the Tenant to report any problems that are dealt with efficiently and in a reliable manner
