Leaders - Cheltenham Recenzje

Fantastic customer service!! Very down to earth and it doesn't feel like you're being sold something- just a natural progression of decisions and it's brilliant (Katie specifically)

We have been letting our one bedroom flat in Cheltenham for 22 yrs and Leaders purchased our previous agent around 2027.
As with all companies there has been a steady staff turn over the years but there has been almost continuous letting since that time. Leaders have continually arranged the relevant trades to maintain the flat services if we did not have our own contact and efficiently found new tenants whenever that was necessary.
Shelley Thomas, who is our current contact in Lettings, has ensured our requests are quickly attended to and keeps us up to date effectively.
Shelly is also very cherfull and reliable when under pressure

Great Professional company that are easy to work with. Relocated and Katie especially was always at hand and got on to requests straightaway. Overall one happy customer! Paperwork is a bit lengthy but is what it is 😊

Piers was incredibly helpful and very pleasant to deal with during the process of securing the property.

Piers is amazing, friendly and professional very quick and responsive, and very knowledgable, excellent service throughout our very process, very quick turnaround from viewing the property to getting the keys today.

Happy to have been working with piers throughout the process.

excellent customer service in every respect of renting/letting a property.very swift in response to requests or repairs.Very supportive and great willingness to help or assist with anything.definately recommend Shelly for all her support.Great to have her as property manager.

Shelley provided not only comprehensive and professional advice, but with a sound, and empathic understanding of individual circumstances at a specific point in time. The impact of this being so significant, it will never be forgotten.

I appriciate your service, all the team members are very supportive. special thanks goes to Katie. Thank you Leaders. Wish you all the best!

The whole team at Leaders: Katie, Piers, Jamie and Sarah have all been wonderful!
We have liaised most with Katie, and quite frankly, she has been absolutely phenomenal!
We are so very grateful for all the help and kindness she has shown us over the past few weeks, since meeting her for the first viewing of the house we wanted to rent.
She has always been happy to go above and beyond for us, answering email and telephone enquiries promptly, never leaving us wait more than a few hours for a response. We really couldn’t ask for more.
On a personal note, having been out of the rental market for several years, following owning my own home, Katie has been a refreshing reintroduction to the scary world of renting.
Thank you so much!

Good experience! Whenever I rang through to the office, the people who answered the phone were very friendly and professional.

Katie V. at the Cheltenham branch was also incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process! Despite probably being very busy, she always kept in contact with me and provided updates along the way, and always responded quickly. She was very patient and answered all of my questions(!) and was so reassuring throughout the whole process.

Thank you Katie!

It has been wonderfull working with Kate
Really appreciated all the help l got from you

I have been a tenant under Leaders for almost 2 years. Never any issues with my flat and the property manager Shelley at the Cheltenham branch always sorted things in a timely manner for me. If you are looking to rent I would recommend.

Katie looked after us from start to finish and made everything seamless! Thank you.

My landlord passed away and I’ve really struggled to find a home for my family. I lost a lot of hope and started to feel deflated until I spoke to Katie vince, She was so kind, thoughtful, understanding and really gave me the time and patience that I was looking for. She gave me so much hope and really boosted me up. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and her support. I’m really excited to work with her and hopefully find a home. Thank you Katie ❤️
