Don't waste your time on this stuff. Parts are cheap they are so thin you can almost see thru them. They say you can return stuff no problem... I you want to mail it to China for $80 (must have a tracking number) when what your wanna return is only worth $50

10 day delivery, Wrong pants delivered. From other reviews this is not uncommon. Then they want me to bear the cost to return , Are you kidding !!!!!

These pants were advertised as motorcycle riding pants, nothing could be farther from the truth these pants offer no protection, and are complete Chinese garbage. Don’t waste your money on it.

This company is a joke, I ordered 2Xl and they sent XL. The pads only covers the knees. Cheap pants. Don't order from this fake company!!

TOTAL SCAM

Purchased the "Tactical Pants" with knee and hip pads.
Pants arrived with shoulder and elbow pads.
Knee and hip pockets are stitched closed can't use them, fabric is very thin, they may be waterproof.... But not holding my breath. Two of the pockets are frayed and open to the inside, one of the zips is not functional.
Order #25016, have photos to prove above.
No response from Spartan.
Just don't want others to waste their money.

I can say goodbye to my pants. I liked them but their measurements were confusing I bought a M & L. Both too big. So I returned them as per their instructions.
Many emails exchanged over a period of 4 months, I’m still waiting. JASON MILLER (Customer Support) you’re a scam. 😡

Garbage product, please do not waste your time, money, or effort. Completely misleading and no response from customer service.

If I could give this company a negative number I would. Ordered “CE certified tactical pants” rated for motorcycle and got very expensive poorly fitting polyester wind pants. ABSOLUTELY not as advertised or represented. Complete junk. Don’t even dream about a refund as it will cost almost as much to ship this garbage back as you paid for it. Save your money and buy something quality made instead of wasting your money with this company

They are a ripoff I went by there size chart and the pants don’t fit. I contacted them they said in order to get a refund you have to ship it back to China. From the time you order to the time they get it back cannot exceed 30 days for a full refund that is impossible because it took a month to get them.they sent them from New Mexico

Received not the same pants shown in sales add , Didn't get that promised tactical belt with order of two pants , pur quality and bad workmanship- even the two pair of pants what i got in size xl didn't match in size . Buyer be aware- this is a scam company with a cheap poor quality product line . Do not order any product on line from this company.

same story as all the other reviews, not the product represented, items sent did not contain everything i paid for, complete bait & switch. correspondence with the company rep said to send back to china for a full refund, but if you read the fine print, the purchaser has 30 days from the date the order was placed to return the items. it took about 14 days from order to receipt which doesn't allow enough time (or too close) to risk paying for and sending back a package to "hopefully" get a refund. i take responsibility for getting "greedy" thinking that "this is a great deal, i'm going to purchase". seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Absolute garbage products. Ordered the "tactical pants". These are just polyester trousers. They are supposedly thermal lined but are not. Sizing is atrocious. Supposed to get a free tactical belt with each pair and didnt. Order updates are non existant, went from "label created" to "delivered". DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

DON NOT TRUST LE SPARTAN for their pants or anything else.

They are rubbish quality and they are full of shit, they advertise one thing and send you something completely different.

They also state money back with no questions asked if you’re not happy with the product. When you contact them they tell you that you have to pay for postage.

Trust me if you really want to see the evidence message me on facebook and I’m more than happy to provide you with the photos of the shit product.

I an writing again as I have had no response to my first email of December 11, 2025 requesting a refund listed below along with a copy of my original order

I just received my parcel for the 2 pairs of pants I ordered

And much to my disappointment these pants are not even close as to the items described in your advertisement.

These items are a TOTAL SCAM
They do not have the ability to accept armour
They do not have reinforced knee areas
They do not have the ability to tighten the knee or ankle areas
The fabric of which they are made does not stretch
The fabric is so thin it cannot possibly be tear resistant
there was no tactical belt included as per the ad
There are still differences that can be listed but I believe I have enclosed sufficient discrepancies to justify a total refund of my purchase price

I have been waiting your reply from your logistics team that you advised you would be contacting with regards to this matter since January 02, 2026.
Did you infact contact them or is this just another one of you stall fabrications?
I cannot believe that Le Spartan would allow such outrageous poor Customer Service while the error was totally committed on your behave and then put a consumer through this ridiculous hardship!

You have not even suggest on your company's behalf a reasonable solution to the ERROR committed by your COMPANY by sending out a product that dosen't in the slightest way resemble the garment that was advertised.

If you are not able because of your status in the Le Spartan Company able to clearly rectify this situation,
PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO CAN!!!!!!!!

Here we are again, it is now February 28, 2026 with no situation offered asfar as a refund, no referral to upper management as requested, no reply to my emails = very poor business ethics.

What is your concern here? Is it that you don't want upper management to know that you are incapable of handling customer service in a timely manner with some degree of customer satisfaction?

Or is it just the fact that you are not able to perform your task as a consumer relations individual for Le Spartan.

You could at the very least answer emails when you have stated that you were going to initiate a conversation with your LOGISTICS Department to come up with a solution to this shipping ERROR on LeSpartan's behalf.

Scam. I bought several pants, what I received was thin rubber pants and the pads were even more laughable.. when I complained to le-spartan about it, they wanted me to send them back to some Chinese address..

I received my order. That was the only positive. Company in New Mexico, pants drop shipped from China. Pants that I received were not even close to what they advertised. Zero Cordura, zero ventilation, zero adjustment straps, zero protection. Customer support responded to e-mail stating they would not give a refund until I paid to return products to CHINA!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT BUY!

Order fulfilled incorrectly. I tried contacting them through their web page and also through email 6 times. There was no response.

Do not do business with this company!
