I've been wanting to get my platinum engagement and weddings rings resized for some time but hadn't found a jeweller who I was happy with, and local. Lockton Design Studio came up on my Facebook feed. I looked at their page and thought how lovely and bespoke their work was. I like small businesses who work with their customers on a case by case basis. Upon finding out that they can also resize rings, we arranged an appointment and then went ahead with the work. I collected my rings this afternoon and I am over the moon. I have already told a few people about Lockton Design Studio and I will be telling many more!

They took a ring that had been passed down to me from one that didn’t fit me or suit me and created something stunning that I’ll be thrilled to wear for years to come! They were so lovely to work with and did a wonderful job coming up with a design that was exactly what I wanted.

Karen and Francesca are amazingly skilled artists and genuinely lovely people. Francesca is very patient and helped me to realise what I wanted from my ring, I literally handed over a Pinterest board of every ring I’ve ever liked and what an eclectic mix it was, she managed to pull out so many elements! The CAD she produces is basically identical to the real thing, it’s so nice to be able to get such a good handle of the piece that’s being designed and see which bits you like or not. Honestly couldn’t reccommend Locktons more, I’m not easy to please (this ring has been through 3 previous renditions) I truly have found the heirloom piece I’ve been searching for now.

Chez resized and cleaned my wedding ring that I haven’t been able to wear for 3 years due to not finding anyone I trust with it!

We purchased gin drinking straws the service was spectacular delivered all the way to Canada. Very responsive to design suggestions and very helpful when discussing ideas. Bespoke service made to feel individual and important. This was the first time we had worked with the a company and have recommended a number of times since ! Karen and Chez are great to work with, profession and friendly, clearly great communicators and alway happy to listen.
