I have recently had the worst experience with this company. It seems like their workers are absolutely untrained and all they have been told is to tell their customers YOK meaning NO. Whatever you say their reply is YOK. I have purchased over 700tl worth of items and when I took them home the sizes were a bit different so I brought them back to one of their store to be specific markantalya and the workers were absolutely HORRIBLE. I don't know what other word to use but the way they treat their customers is on another level. I don't know if its because of not liking other people or something but that's exactly what it looks like specially if you are from African continent. Anyway if you want to shop their make sure you ask if you can return for an exchange let alone refund. If you buy something from them and you are thinking of returning for a refund please dont waste your time infact they'll embarrass you infront of everyone since you don't speak the language a d start making fun of you. All in all I don't think I will be buying from them again

As for Lc Waikiki, I have a really bad experience. From the workers to the cashier, when I ask about the size or if they want to help me, I don't get any help. team of people is a disaster and they are not professional.

I love shopping at Waikiki! The price-quality ratio is good, and there is a large selection of clothes for young people, both casual and business. They're great!

This is for the Bulgarian online shop. I entered my address accurately, specified the city and all, and the the LC Waikiki system placed a post code automatically for another location. So even though I entered the address accurately, even though my profiled specified CITY OF SOFIA the package was sent to a local village instead of the city where I live.

As a result, I had to pay the courier a fee to re-send the package to the address specified in my profile. I made customer support aware of this and asked to have that courier fee reimbursed in store credit, however, I was told no even though the address clearly stated city of Sofia, and not some local village.

I hope that 7 Bulgarian leva, the equivalent of 4.20 USD is worth this review guys.

I've just returned from Turkey 🇹🇷 and bought alot of their broducts from their man branch in Istanbul, they have basic, average and high quality clothes, but their staff are really awful!, they are not helpful at all.

Since being in Albania and Macedonia over a year i found LC Waikiki and its now my preferred shop for clothing.
Top to toe the clothing snd shoes have proven good quality,fine work, and great prices.

Always has promotions and so many clothes , it's impossible to leave with empty hands. Even there is more LC Waikiki stores in other malls, this is my favorite one.

I just spent over an hour trying to find something that would last more than a couple months. I found a few things but when trying them on, the proportions were completely off, hitting at the wrong places. One maxi dress was a great design until I tried it on and it also pulled and hung oddly regardless of size. Unfortunately my first LC Waikiki experience will be my last. I don’t usually struggle to fit clothes.

What clothing brand have so little options for online shopping? They have stores in so many countries and online shopping just in a few of them?! Especially now during the pandemic. And there is no option on their Facebook page for review or even google reviews. Terrible customer service. And for an average or even below average quality not worth it even.......

Ich habe verschiedene Kinder Bekleidung bestellt und anschließend mit VISA bezahlt (als Empfänger stand LC Waikiki RO SRL). Bisher habe ich keine Bestellbestätigung erhalten obwohl das Geld direkt abgebucht wurde. Auch kein Paket erhalten! Nachdem ersten Anschreiben, meldet sich der Shop nicht mehr. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice!

I have spend 67 euros for shopping on their online store. When the package arrived there were four products missing.
The weight on the package sent by LCW and received by me was one kilo(1kg), that is the weight without the missing products. They were aware that half od the items are missing still charged me for all products, and sent half od what I have paid.
P.S. Contacting LCW customer care was mission impossible as they were un-reachable.
