Disappointed in Drop Shipping experience
I ordered, hoping to receive the dress for an event 8 days after I ordered. As I’m in London and Lazy Oaf is supposedly a London based company, I figured that the dress would arrive in time. I was sent tracking information the day after I ordered so I was sure that it would arrive. Sadly, it has not and now I have to source a last minute option to wear. I’m sad and disappointed. Despite loving the dopamine dressing, I’ll most likely never order from them again, as the whole operation now stinks of drop-shipping and I now question their sustainability practices.

You will get taxed extra!
Got taxed an incredibly high amount extra (almost 50% of the order total) which came in not only as a surprise but also a total inconvenience - nobody care to mention before i finalized shopping nor even on the order dispatch confirmation. Disappointed and annoyed.

Amazing Products but Expensive Hidden Shipping Fees
I loved my products when I received them. However, when I made my online purchases it appeared that I would be receiving free shipping, however when I went to pick up my package from the post office, I had to pay the shipping service (Landmark) $103 for my package. I was pretty upset since I was not notified that I would need to pay such a large fee when making my purchase. Because of this, I dont think I will be purchasing from Lazy Oaf again despite my cute clothes.

Hi Margaret, thanks for your review. So sorry to hear about this. I've checked your order and can see you're from Canada - unfortunately when purchasing there online from the UK it can come with COD charges which are out of our control - it depends entirely on the local courier.
The COD charge you've had to pay is due to the duty rate and the duty amount of each of the items you've bought. There is also a tax rate and tax amount included in this, so unfortunately these rates sometimes do end up being almost the same price equivalent as the order you've placed, or sometimes higher.
Please note that the cost of each item can also vary due to the exchange rate. Confusing we know but this is completely out of our hands I'm afraid, and doesn't apply to every single order from the UK to Canada so can be difficult to navigate.

I wish I could come to your store
Whenever I go to London, which unfortunately has only been twice, I spend an inordinate amount of time at the Lazy Oaf store. The Lazy Oaf website is as close as I can get in New York, which is probably for the best. The website is sometimes confusing — I’m never sure if I’ve seen everything, what with the collections and the outlet and the new in and the sections for men, women, and everyone. But I always manage to find something I must have.

A fun range always and the quality is great
The range and quality is great. Pricing is high but understandable. Sizing can be tricky though and the last few releases there is no info re the model sizes which I found helpful. Exchanging is an expensive option when you live in Australia.
