The first thing was that you ordered…

The first thing was that you ordered more stock after selling out the 2024 refills - so that was a really helpful thing for me, rather than have to deal with fiflofax myself. The second was that my visit to the store was quite positive - great, cheerful and helpful staff.

Excellent customer service

I love shopping at Laywine’s. Everyone is very helpful, and provides excellent purchasing recommendations. On my most recent visit, I even got some great tips on how to clean a misbehaving fountain pen (thanks, Peter. Works perfectly now).

Vintage Desk Calendars

I have ordered the vintage desk calendar each year from Laywine's. Ordering & payment is easy; the calendar arrives promptly and is securely packed to prevent bending and damage. I love the vintage series of desk calendars particularly the dogs and the Paris editions. Thank you!

Laywines website is easy to navigate…

Laywines website is easy to navigate and is a long standing Toronto institution that I am happy to support. The special edition Lamy fountain pen and inks I ordered were well packed and arrived within 2 days of my order (no charge shipping). Very happy camper.
