Excellent work unfortunately it's a little pricey for us right now I would definitely recommend this company

I deeply regret not checking BBB before hiring this company. I needed my lawn cut quickly as it had gotten overgrown and they said they could get it done for a decent amount and that week too. They no-showed on me multiple times, despite being reached out to again and again until they finally assigned a "super pro" to take care of us. They DID show up and then proceeded to destroy our water line, internet line, and damage our AC unit, leaving us without internet, water, or AC in Florida. The "pro" also turned off our water to the house to hide the damage that had been done, which wasn't effective as he hit below the off valve and it was spraying water everywhere leading to my spouse having to locate and turn off the main valve from the street, which involved digging and crawling around in the dirt and grass, which they are allergic to with now no water to clean themselves.

We did get everything repaired via our landlord but were charged for the damages to the water line. We also had to take multiple days off work to make sure we were there for the repair people to get the work done. This led to loss of income/time off, which has had us miss bills and other issues. Luckily my landlord was understanding and waived the fees as we got this resolved and I am waiting for my reimbursement for the water line. They refused to do anything further for us despite the issues they made to our lives.

They also added fees due to high grass and other issues, which were true, but were not calculated when I first agreed to the service despite me telling them the grass was overgrown. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is the first time I had a legit lawncare service and my experience sucked!! Lawnstarter rescheduled my services so many times I lost count. I've been rescheduled 3x in one week. I live in a community with an HOA and since I've had Lawnstarter, I've received 3 notices regarding my lawn because of the rescheduling. It was really bad. My pro's keep changing. Horrible service. My last pro JD landscaping was grrrreat!!!

Helpful and easy to use

I have been using LawnStarter all summer. This is the first year that I have used them. I had one person assigned to me and they were no longer able to come, and LawnStarter found me another professional, who after a couple of visits could no longer come and then they found me, Joseph Joseph has been coming for the majority of the summer. He is dependable and through LawnStarter if he needs to change the dates for some particular reason, I am notified and if I need to change the dates I can do that through LawnStarter Joseph shows up when he says he’s going to show up. He does a professional job he does it quickly. he does it accurately just the way that I expect it to be. I have had a great experience using LawnStarter and a great experience with my professional Joseph and I’m very pleased.

My Lawn was cut to perfection. I would love to do business with them next spring.

Terrible experience with them, I’m a new customer I signed up for the monthly lawn services they scheduled me for services 5 days after signing up on the day of my appointment they rescheduled me at night when they never showed then they never showed again for the rescheduled appointment with no communication months later I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt and rehire them for other yard work and of course they never showed again, very unreliable, they don’t communicate they don’t show up for scheduled appointments definitely deleting their app and going elsewhere

Great service. I couldn’t be home at the time but they updated me every step of the way. It was flawless, and I got a bonus bag of coffee at my door when I got home. Thanks!

I had used 3 gardening services before, and it was a problem getting them to come to my house regularly. I would message them and they wouldn't respond, or they would cancel on the same day. With this app, you schedule and coordinate the service, and they always show up on the agreed day, and the quality of the service is very good. Very satisfied with the service.

For my latest service, Kamal was the professional who came out, and I cannot praise his work enough. Kamal did an absolutely excellent job on my lawn from start to finish! My grass looks beautifully neat, perfectly cut, and incredibly vibrant. He paid extreme attention to every single detail, ensuring that the edges were perfectly sharp and uniform across the entire yard. The lawn mower was used with great precision, leaving clean, beautiful lines that look like a professional stadium field.
After completing the mowing, Kamal took the extra time to thoroughly clean up all the grass clippings, leaving my driveways, patio, and sidewalks completely spotless. It is so rare to find someone who takes this much genuine pride in their work and goes above and beyond to deliver such an immaculate result. The yard has never looked this beautiful and well-maintained. Kamal was also incredibly punctual, polite, and professional throughout the entire visit.
