Needs some kind of alert for in app messages.
Much of the process is easy and intuitive, but there is one glaring exception...in app messages from professionals. Most services will at least send you an email that you have a message even if they make you log in to see the message. Lawnguru does not do this and I have missed multiple messages because as a customer there is no reason to log in daily.

LawnGura never showed up to clear our snow for the last two snow falls including the terrible sonw/ice storm in February 2026.

The person who cut my grass did a sorry job!!! And when I got back in town & complained about it, I was told that to much time has passed since the job & nothing could be done about it. Pictures of my yard said otherwise… it was still a mess from that sorry lawn service.

Snow removal was always great and happened in a timely manner. Also, driveway and front steps were cleaned just the way I used to do it.
