Bad customer service! I called and asked why they didn’t send me some examples the website said I was going to get with my purchase. The connection on the phone was really bad and I was told that I won’t get anything this time, but maybe with my next purchase.

I purchased Laura Mercier's tinted moisturiser (skin perfector) recently. It is suppose to be a moisturiser as well as provide a mild coverage and sun protection. I have dry skin around the mouth and cheeks area with an oily T-zone. When I apply it on face, I end up 'flaring up' those dry patches and it looks terrible. If I apply a separate moisturiser underneath then it doesn't sit well.

For me, it must atleast moisturise my skin to begin with. I am not very happy with the results tbh.

Love their tinted moisturiser. Used it for a few years now! Great product.

Terrible customer service always! I'm done! I will be finding another product from another company. I have had issues for years such as codes not working, orders not going through etc...always slow as crap shipping. This time I was supposed to get the package 2 days ago and now they say 4 more days. I'm done with them.

Customer service rep Sherry was 100% amazing! My blush order broke in transit (stuff happens, completely understandable) and while it ended up being out of stock when I called, I was refunded promptly and it was an overall lovely experience. Thank you, Sherry, wherever you may be! Such a lovely human!

I bought this product because it said it was sweat proof and water proof. I have very oily skin and it also said it would help with that. I know lots of people love this brand but i spent over $150 on products from them and it feels and looks like walmart makeup. The makeup would slide right off in an hour. Sorry folks but not the best.

Prior to lockdown I visited the Laura Mercier counter in Cardiff. The assistant was very unwelcoming and was very dismissive - maybe this was because I'm heading into old age? When I enquired about foundation samples I was told they don't do samples! How does LM expect to sell their expensive products when you can't try them at home? Luckily, there are plenty of other up-market cosmetic houses who have a more customer friendly approach.

Customer service with LauraMercier.com is terrible!! They cancel parts of your order without offering something comparable or giving a date it COULD be shipped, they promise& assure 2 day delivery when it’s not even shipped until 5 days later. What is going on? Mercier’s price point is way too high to have this serious of an issue with their customer service. It doesn’t matter how nice your product is if this is the way you treat people and conduct business. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Placed an order on Nov 9 that I returned on November 20,2019. The debit card and account I used was closed unexpectedly due to unauthorized transactions. I called to see how the refund would be processed on Dec 4 and was told the money was sent Back to Chime Bank, even though the account was closed and I would have to contact the bank. They had no way to cancel the refund transaction and a supervisor wasn’t available. This is the first and last order I will ever place with Laura Mercier Company.

They send me a confirmation email and then a day or two later they cancel. No explanation. The email says the items are out of stock but that is a lie.

The worst! They sent me the wrong product and it took forever to get resolved and was a huge waste of time.

I ordered 4 days ago via LM website and emailed 2 days after to follow up on the status. I was told processing on ALL orders is 24-48 hours. Despite it being over 48 hours, I didn't say anything assuming it had to ship the next day. Another 2 days go by and still no shipping notification. So after waiting 4 days for my order to ship, I try to cancel my order but I'm told it's already processing and can't be canceled. It hasn't shipped and didn't process within their own timeframe so why can't I cancel? Was also told I can return it when it arrives if I don't want it but i would not be refunded the shipping cost.

I purchased some new foundation from the counter only to find once I tried it myself was far too light!! I emailed Laura Mercier asking to exchange and they haven't even bothered to reply!! Terrible customer service!!

As a new customer to the brand, i went to Laura Mercier to get some foundation. Really nice lady put some on face and was happy. Went to use the foundation for the first time at home and when i put it on my face realised that she must have given me the wrong colour as it was way too light and i looked light a ghost. Returned and explained the situation and the lady at the counter agreed that the colour that i was given was far too light for my skin tone but would not exchange for the correct colour as i had used it!!!!! I cannot use this foundation and it cost £35. This was my first experience of Laura Mercier and i will not be using this brand again. Terrible customer service for what is supposedly a quality brand.

I had the worst customer service at lauramercier.com. DO NOT ORDER LM COSMETICS THROUGH THE WEBSITE. You are more likely to puchase your item at the LM cosmetics counter. LAURA MERCIER NEEDS TO BE AWARE OF THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LAURA MERCIER.COM

The customer service is far below average, and the specialists that reply to your inquiries don't have their facts straight. Recently, I've asked why my packaging (bought in Asia) looked different from one that was purchased in the U.S., and the answer I received was not true. The specialist's response was not well crafted, and she made claims that was clearly false! She later went back on her word and gave me a better explanation after speaking to the correct department. But when I had a follow-up question, I got no answer. Packaging has discrepancy and the customer service is not what you expect from an international makeup brand. I'm gravely disappointed!
