If I could give them ZERO stars I would! This company is a scam. Do not purchase ! I ordered 3 sets of lashes from them. It looked nothing like what they advertised! I only got the upper lashes and the magnetized portions were already peeling off. They were completely unusable and unapplicable. Worst of all customer service refused to respond to multiple emails or refund me my money. This is blatant theft! This is a real review from a real person. Trust me, save your money. They are thieves.

Absolute waste of money. Lashes get stuck to the applicator and don’t work at all. Despite saying they’ll give a full refund if not satisfied they have absolutely ghosted me not responding to any emails and have no other method of contacting them. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE - IT’S A SCAM!

I wouldn’t even say one star! Terrible product not as advertised. Promised a refund over 10 weeks ago and now just ghosted. Not response. Complete waste of money!

Si je pouvez je n'aurais mis aucune étoile. J'ai passé commande puis annulé le jour même pour raison personnelle. J'ai envoyé un mail pour obtenir un remboursement, la femme qui m'a répondu m'a affirmé qu'elle lancé la procédure de remboursement et bien évidemment qu'elle annulée l'envoie. Cette événement c'était au mois d'août. On est en novembre j'attends toujours le remboursement. J'ai envoyé un mail toute les semaines au début elle me disait qu'ils avaient du retard que ça allait être fait dans la journée, mais l'argent n'est jamais arrivé sur mon compte et je n'ai pas reçu ma commande puisque j'ai annulé. Depuis plus d'un mois ils ne prennent même plus la peine de répondre. Je déconseille vraiment !!!!!!

I am requesting a refund from Laura Eyelash because the item I purchased is unusable. On their website, they state that customers who are not satisfied with their items can return them. However, I have been trying to contact them since August to request a refund, and as of October, they have gone silent and have not returned my money at all. I have been more than patient, yet I still haven't received a response or resolution.

My money remains unreturned, and all I get are endless excuses that make no sense!
This situation is unacceptable.

I am done with this company and will never purchase from them again. I feel completely deceived, and this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I expect prompt action on this matter!

Do NOT… do NOT purchase from this pathetic brand/company!!! Total scam and I’ve genuinely never seen such utter rubbish product!!! The magnets don’t work and you cannot even put these lashes on let alone wear them!
I emailed them the next day from receiving their produc. They’ve initially tried offering me a mere few £ back just to keep the product and once I stood firm in my request asking (as per what I know now to be false advertisement policy of “monies back guarantee” if not happy with the purchase!)… they’ve stopped all communication ignoring all my subsequent emails. Scammers! Shameless scammers 🤮

The quality of the product is bad and they don't respond to your email wanting to return the product and receiving full refund (though I asked soon after I received the product). They shipped from China so I believe the store is also from there.

This is a scam, stay away. I agree with all other reviews. Their website even has a fake trust pilot 5-star. Cheap Chinese stuff pretending to be something else. It is impossible to apply. When you do manage to get it on (after 20mins),there is no way in hell these lashes look good on any human being. First they offered 30% off, then after you're still not happy they offer 50% off even though they have "100% satisfaction guaranteed or 100% your money back". After going back and forth for a month, they said they will refund my money....It's been a month and still no refund, emails go unanswered. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered lashes from LAURAEYELASHES that looked stunning in the photos, but what I received was completely different.

When I reached out to customer service, the responses were slow and unhelpful. They offered me a measly 35% off my next purchase but refused to provide any refund or return option. Who in their right mind would buy from them again after this experience? After a few back-and-forth emails, they just stopped replying altogether. Unprofessional and downright frustrating.

The only recourse now is to do a chargeback, which I highly recommend to anyone in the same situation. Save yourself the hassle—avoid this company at all costs!

I couldn’t reach out customer service for refunds…received no quality lashes with dirty cheap damaged package shipped from CHINA.

I’m writing this review like many customers here have been scammed.
The lashes I received were twisted and broken, too big to cut and too some too small to place on the eyelash.
They offered my 35%only refund when their website states they would give refunds and free returns.
This a scammer company, they sell plastic lashes.
Don’t waste your money, and buy in person from a known shop.

Total scam.
Delivered in 3 cheap transparent plastic cases, no box, no mirror, as it's shown on their fake reviews. The lashes are also cheap quality, do not last on the eyes at all, they are too long and you can't cut them off as you could break these huge magnets that could be seen from space.
Waste of money.

Terrible terrible awfully deceiving products. Do not bother in purchasing anything from this site.

This is a scam. Like what others had said. The products are nothing like the website. It comes in transparent plastic boxes and when I asked for a refund. They said give me 25% and when I said I wanted a full refund, they gave all sort of excuses like vacation etc. it has been 2 months and I don’t think I will get anything back. Anyone know how to report this scammer?
