Sizing request
I have loved EVERY piece of jewelry from Laura Bond. My latest was the Double Crystal Clicker Hoop in gold. For future purchases, I would like help figuring out the size of the hoop. There are 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm options but I was not sure how to size them for the location on my ear. Can you come up with a way we can get our measurements at home before purchase?

Stunning flat back earrings! A big fan!
I stopped by Laura Bond as a friend mentioned that they stock flat back earrings which I have never heard of before! Initially I wanted to have a quick look with no intention to purchase on that day. Boutique manager Becca who was looking after me was so lovely and after looking at a few options with her I decided to purchase small earrings to get used to having something in my ears, as I haven’t worn earrings for years now. Phoebe who popped them in was great. Since I’ve been to the store, I keep looking at LB’s socials and feeling that I need to get second lobe piercings done. Who do I think I am? 😂 I think I remember seeing that LB had a promotion for a free piercing at some point when you buy their jewellery, and with Mother’s Day coming up I’m really hoping that they will do something similar. New big fan of the brand now, all thanks to Becca!

Gorgeous daisy tragus stud
Easy to use website with amazing choice of earrings. Easy ordering process and very speedy delivery. So much choice it took me ages to decide which one I was going to buy (on this occasion). When it arrived and I opened it (excellent packaging) I even squealed with delight - the daisy tragus stud is exquisite. Love it love it love it!

My absolute favourite jewellers!
I have been an online shopper for years but we got to visit the store after a trip to Edinburgh!
All the staff were incredibly helpful. Not to mention how talented your piercers are! It was my 40th birthday and I was treated to a card and sweets which was incredibly thoughtful. I walked away with a beautiful new conch piercing showcasing one of your beautiful Tiaras. And the team were so incredibly kind to me and my daughter.
I have swapped some of my jewellery over this evening and realised how lucky I am to own so many of your stunning pieces, I have built up quite a collection over the years and I am always so impressed with the quality.
Can’t wait to visit again or to shop the new collection on the 5th March 😜🤫

Helix piercing by Amber
I had a helix piercing done by Amber. She was fab, really made me feel at ease and also was very helpful in the placement of my piercing as I was unsure whether to go for mid or high helix. She gave advice regarding the shape of my ear and what would look good and then marked out my ear for me to see and if I wanted to make any changes before piercing. Once happy with placement, the piercing was quick with very minimal pain. She gave me aftercare advice and I have had no pain or any problems with healing so far. I would definitely recommend and will be back for more piercings in the future.

Nice earring, delivered quickly. I also bought the tool to help insert the labret back and found it very good. What’s really odd is that I only came across it by accident in the “accessories” section; the website doesn’t advertise it alongside the jewellery that you might want to use it for. So minus one star for a website that’s less helpful than it could be.

Extremely small
I was shocked how small the earrings were, obviously the pictures were blown up so much I was disappointed with them. Shame because I have always been happy with my past purchases.

Unexpected price increase
Waited for the Trinity Solid gold laberet back stud to come in for months. Emailed the company who replied very promptly saying it would be in stock in two weeks time. Kept checking on a weekly basis. It finally came in stock and but they put the price up by £30! Emailed the company asking why they did this and funnily enough no reply.

Thank you so much for your patience while waiting for the Trinity Solid Gold Labret Back Stud to come back into stock. We completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to then see a price increase.
Like many jewellery brands, we’ve unfortunately had to review our pricing over the past year due to the significant rise in gold costs, which have surged by around 80% in the last 12 months. We held our prices for as long as we possibly could, but as this piece is crafted from solid gold, the increase in raw material costs directly impacts production. The £30 adjustment reflects that change and truly wasn’t made lightly.
As a fully independent small business, we operate on significantly lower margins than standard high street jewellery brands. We work very hard to keep our pricing as fair and accessible as possible while maintaining the quality of materials and craftsmanship we’re proud of. We genuinely believe the current price reflects very fair value for a solid gold piece of this quality.
We’re also very sorry that you didn’t receive a reply to your email. We did attempt to respond on a few occasions, but unfortunately the messages were returned to us as undeliverable. We completely appreciate how that would have appeared from your side, and we’re sorry for the confusion.
