Laura’s yoga mala

I attended Laura’s yoga mala. I’d never done one before and she helped make it fun and adaptable to your own yoga style. Will definitely attend a yoga mama again. The event had a lovely community feel to it including social section at the end for those that wanted to attend.

Best in the business…

Laura is the best in the business and is so helpful, knowledgeable and such a calming presence. The essential oils are a must have, I love mine ☺️

Wonderful experience and longstanding treatment

I experienced a wonderful first sound bath, thank you for making it so accessible! It was incredibly relaxing and Laura offered really interesting insights into its therapeutic benefits. Laura has treated me for several years at intervals via acupuncture and TCM, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend attending a sound bath or seeing her if you’re needing support for hormone/related challenges and/or wellbeing 🩷

Great in all areas

I have been coming to Laura for years now for acupuncture. I love the service she offers. As well as providing treatment, she is full of wisdom gained through many years of experience and training and that has been as valuable as the acupuncture itself. Laura takes a genuine interest in her patients and is both easy to get along with and caring.

Breathe

These sessions force you to unwind, stop and… breathe. Laura has the knack of adapting a session to the ability of the class and is very encouraging, making it a really invigorating experience
