Excellent training on court accompaniment - very informative

I recently completed the ‘Best Practice in Interviewing & Statement Writing Skills’ Caroline Conroy, our trainer was excellent. After completing the course I used the new skills and knowledge I acquired to draft my interview plan, carry out an interview and draft my statement and I believe that only for the training it would have been a completely different experience. Caroline was the voice in my head and my interview plan kept me on track. After the interview the interviewee complemented on how they were treated and made feel so comfortable. Thank you, the training has been invaluable.

LaTouche Training delivered a very focused and informative course on how to deliver evidence concisely to the court and handle cross examination questions effectively in court.

Judy Peters was an excellent trainer in technical report writing. She was informative, knowledgeable and had no problems keeping the audience engaged for the day. The training provided by La Touché was excellent. Our trainer covered all of the areas we had asked for and more besides- she checked in with us each step of the way to ensure we understood it and encouraged questions/discussion which really helped. Materials provided were comprehensive- would thoroughly recommend it and use this training provider again.

This training concerned the preparation for the commencement of the ADM (C) Act 2015, from the perspectives of the Judiciary; the DDS; the HSE; the Courts; a Practicing Solicitor. The Presentations were thoroughly comprehensive, engaging and honest as to the challenges, but also the opportunities provided by the fundamental legislative changes invoked by the Act. From this participant's point of view it was excellent! Thanks to all concerned from organisers to presenters to support personnel.

I purchased the Commercial Contracts training from La Touche. While it was slightly out of date (in terms of referencing Brexit and Covid19 in relation to force majeure etc) it was still a great resource. It provided a useful overview of some key areas of commercial drafting, and was structured in a practical way with useful accompanying handouts. I would recommend.
