I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.

First, the shipping time was unacceptable. It took almost two months for me to receive my order. I had purchased the hair for a specific event and was unable to wear it because it arrived far too late. During that time, communication was slow and it was difficult to get clear updates on the status of my order. Despite the significant delay, no accommodation, discount, or refund was offered for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, when the hair finally arrived, the quality did not meet expectations. The texture felt rough and did not reflect the quality that was advertised. Based on my experience, the hair did not feel worth the investment and did not perform as expected.

Overall, the combination of poor customer service, excessive shipping delays, and disappointing product quality has left me feeling that my money was wasted.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

This experience has been rocky and long. But the quality of the hair clips I purchase are a 10 . No shedding on the kjnky straight . I do wish the curly clips were fuller but overall the hair is great

I purchased the body wave Invisi Edge clip ins with highlights. I LOVE them! Looks so natural. The clips stay in place and lay flat. The highlights elevated the look. No more weaves for me! This is my go to for life.

This is my third purchase from them, and I'm amazed by their excellent product quality and incredibly affordable prices. Regarding their service, my second order did encounter the same issues others have faced, but customer service patiently explained that customs inspection caused my nearly month-long wait. I can accept that, as our customs operations have indeed become increasingly inefficient and chaotic.
My third hair purchase from them arrived in just 3 days—they delivered on their promise. They work incredibly hard and have earned my trust. I've recommended them to all my friends. Their product quality is truly outstanding.

I truly appreciate this brand, I live in Europe and I wanted to try their clip-ins !! The customer service is on point with fast replies and finding solutions ! I recommend this brand and for all the European customers don’t hesitate to order !!

The quickness of arrival and the quality of the hair is great!

Took over a month to get the item seems it was mailed after I opened a dispute with my credit card company. They claim it was held up in customs for over a month but shipping address was from US. I returned the product about 20 days ago and they still have not issued a refund. I have to dispute this charge again. This is a very shady company would not recommend.

I ordered on 2/9/26. Did not receive my order until 2/18/26. It was BOGO sale. I only received one set of clips in. Not 2 sets as BOGO sale indicated. Disappointed highly!

Do not buy they are a scam and will send you the wrong items on purpose

I ordered for starters I did NOT get the promo I purchased, and the product I did receive did not blend so I requested a refund/ return label. They asked for more info, I gave another detailed discription & added pictures and screenshots, and they just keep responding the same way.... The response was always " We want to fix, what is wrong?" We did this 3 times ARE YOU KIDDING???? Just give me a refund. I feel they are stalling, or the responses are automated bots, and this company from China,( which has no contact info available, only email) is a complete scam!!! DO NOT BUY! I reported to BBB to help with my refund and to protect other consumers. The reviews on their site are definitely bought.

Wore the colored clip-ins to a Christmas party and let me tell you, under the lights? The shine was everything. Friends were shook when I told them it wasn't my real hair lol.

I ordered on December 13 and have yet to receive a tracking number or the product. Was working with my credit card and they sent evidence that they are not a scam company but I have reviewed NOTHING and it has been over a month. Your company is definitely a SCAM!! Wish I had Google you before I ordered. Have email several times and got nothing until I tried to get my money back and still no product.
