My session with Lara was amazing! Her kind and soothing voice allowed me to feel safe and relaxed very quickly. Some anger came up, as if from nowhere, and Lara was able to at first encourage it to rise up and then help it flow through, matching my strength as I pushed against her hands. That in itself was impressive! But what amazed me the most, was her ability to take me to a place of pure contentment and relaxation, having known the anger had passed. I came away after the session feeling impressed that a new layer had been identified, leaving me feeling calm and enlightened. Thank you so much Lara! ✨🕊️💖

Die Session mit Lara hat sich sehr verbindend und tragend für mich angefühlt. Ich und mein Körpersystem haben uns sehr sicher und gehalten gefühlt. Während der Session ist es mir immer wieder schwerer gefallen mich mit meiner Gefühls Welt zu verbinden. Aber durch Lara’s Geduld und Weichheit ihres Wesens konnte ich immer mehr zulassen und mich immer weiter öffnen und hingeben. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese Sanftheit und Langsamkeit, ein perfekter Raum um auch in Zukunft mich von alten Lasten zu befreien. Danke dir dafür 🙏

Only positive! Honestly I don’t really have words for this incredible emotional release session with Lara. Her presence and her energy is so grounding and loyal that I felt safe from the first moment on. She guided me very mindfully though the whole process. And I couldn’t imagine how much of a release I would feel after this, but that was incredible… I felt so light and all the pain I’ve felt in my body before, all the tension was just gone.
I’m very grateful and I would definitely do it again! 🤍

Ich hatte eine IFS-Session mit Lara und habe mich dank ihrer warmen, sanften und einladenden Art sofort wohlgefühlt. Ich konnte mich mit dem Gefühl verbinden, die da war, und die begleitende Berührung durch ihre Hände hat mir zusätzlich geholfen, mehr in meinem Körper anzukommen und bewusster wahrzunehmen, was gerade in mir passiert.
