Hi Yet another great experience, my iPhone was mended within 3 hours of dropping it off for repair. Thank you guys

I brought a laptop online (1st ever laptop).i came across this company and was drawn to it instantly from the range of laptops they had and great reviews. And the price too .apon purchasing my laptop that I'm so happy with and it is all running good and arrived in excellent packaging .I set it up rather easily. And the laptop itself was in great condition with the latest software installed already. I spoke with Aaron Chapman who is literally the nicest person to speak with and a huge help. He answered all my questions and responses for my questions within 20 mins .he guided me through what I needed to do and if I have any further questions I can email him .I will definitely be purchasing and pointing my friends to this company. I have nothing but huge respect and admiration for this company and for Aaron for dealing with my questions .and being extremely helpful at all times .thankyou so much for a 10/10 service all round. Really happy with how I was spoken to and with the laptop itself and the price. Thankyou.

I needed a MacBook Air and having decided to seek out a refurbished model I went to the local Laptop Workshop website. Several options were available and having chosen my preference on age/price placed the order. The computer, boxed and in very good condition, was delivered to me a day later. I'm very happy with the service and even more with the MacBook! I've bought Apple products from them before and would recommend.

Laptop Workshop repaired my MacBook following an encounter with a water spillage ... although I had thought my device was beyond repair, the technicians used their expertise to replace the necessary parts and get my MacBook back up and running within the given timeframe.
Having used LW many times over the years, they are my trusted 'go to' for any device issues. Their service is always very professional, courteous and any repairs carried out in a timely manner. A big thank you to the whole team for being such great service providers!

Needed my phone screen replaced and I was also having trouble with the camera on my iPhone - can’t fault the service one bit, phone was fixed same day (whilst I was having coffee), extremely reasonable and phone good as new!

Went in with an iPad to get fixed for holiday, screen needed replacing, phoned numerous times not ready, day before holiday promised they would call back and didn’t bother, the whole point of getting fixed for holiday for a 13 year old, wish they would have said they couldn’t do in time and would have gone elsewhere .. customer service not great

Broadwater shop- First class customer service and phone repairs. I had a new phone screen fitted and charging port cleaned. Competitively priced for the level of service.
It’s nice to be able to have walk in appointments with same day repairs. In my case within 90min.
The gentleman who served me (sorry I didn’t catch a name) was very helpful and friendly. I’ve used the phone repair service multiple time over the years and I’ve always had great experiences.

Excellent service. Repaired phone screen and cleaned out charging port. Phone now looks and works like brand new. Always come here for repairs, have been elsewhere in the past and they just don’t compare. So much so that since moving to Surrey I still make the trip down to get repairs done. Prices are good as well.

I went here on recommendation of Nik from Wheatsheaf and I wasn't disappointed. My lad's school iPad wasn't charging at all; they diagnosed; phoned with the quote; got the work done and picked-up within a week. Very professional. Cheers guys> Dave

Took my iPad it to Laptop Workshop. It turns out I was using the incorrect adapter so it wasn’t charging!
When the problem was solved….”no charge”.

I took an old mobile to have everything transferred to a newer phone.

I received no contact within the 2-4 days they state.

13 days later I emailed asking for confirmation the job would be complete within a further 2 days. 2 days later went into collect the phone and NOTHING had been done.

The owner/manager said he had no knowledge as a colleague was handling the job, who was not in that day. I asked for someone to contact me the next business day. NOTHING.

If I provided this total lack of service to my customers, I would not have a business for long!

Many thanks to the team at Broadwater. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful and went ‘above and beyond’ to help me with my Mac problem.
I highly recommend them.

Gave an faulty external hard-drive to Laptop Workshop for data recovery onto a new drive. The company managed to save as much data as possible including all photos which was great. Milo's communication was excellent with the customer. Reasonable price for the service. I'll use the company again.

I had to transfer my photos onto a USB stick within a short amount of time. The service was incredibly speedy and communication was great! The guys here are really helpful and friendly,, definitely recommend!

Don't hesitate to use them. I can recommend them not only for their professional competence but also for their friendly and helpful customer service team.

They were really outstanding, did the job in less time than quoted were very thorough in getting the answers i needed as to why my machine broke and overall incredibly helpful. They are highly recommended.
