Absolutely poor costumer care from the…
Absolutely poor costumer care from the company towards tenants. I am not sure if different for buyers but we have been facing worst costumer care from their side along with Stonewater. We are dealing with mould for 6 months now because of a scale filter installed and the peoblems has not been solved in ghis past 6 months and this have caused asthma to our children, even tough they been told they just don’t care, don’t answer emails or phone calls.

Efficient and Friendly service
Efficient and Friendly service. Good quality homes with a lot of extras included in the price. I received immediate responses to my numerous questions and was allowed the view the show home more than once to help our decision making process.

Very pleased so far!
We have only just started the process of buying an L and G home, but so far we have found the experience to be very positive. The staff we have met are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we will be delighted if the completion of our move is this smooth!

Sales team at Nobel Park are arrogant
Sales team at Nobel Park are arrogant, rude and lack integrity. Everything from appointments being spontaneously cancelled to promises of letting potential buyers know when a home is available to cutting deals with certain buyers and refusing any negotiations for other buyers. A very biased development, I would not recommend if you are a serious buyer. You will be pushed from pillar to post to make your buying experience a miserable one!
