There was something really special about spending time in the forest together: listening to the birds, learning about mushrooms, getting our hands in the soil, and connecting with nature in a deeper way. I came away not only with practical knowledge and some new tincture but also with a sense of connection to something less tangible and harder to put into words.

Tasha, her honesty, knowledge, and genuine passion created such a welcoming space for learning and sharing. I especially appreciated the spiritual element woven throughout the weekend, which made the experience feel richer and more meaningful.

I ordered the Hawthorn and Tomato Ketchup, which was absolutely delicious, along with the Wild Garlic and Nettle Nutrient Salt. The ketchup had a really rich flavour, and the nutrient salt is a brilliant way to add something a bit different to meals.

Unfortunately, one bottle of ketchup was broken in the original delivery, but the company dealt with it beautifully. They apologised and sent out a replacement, along with an extra elderberry tonic, which was such a lovely gesture.

Fantastic service, fantastic products, and I will definitely be buying from Land Food Medicine again.

Great service & products

I met these lovely people at Buddhafied where they were cooking lunch. I ordered areas with garlic pesto, ratatouille with beans and shitake mushrooms with fresh salad and sprinkled with sunflower seeds. The flavours just zinged, everything was cooked over a wood fire and had a beautiful smoky undertone. All ethically produced, vegan loveliness.Thank you fir the best meal I have tasted in 66 years !!!! Just beautiful. Thank you

I also went to the retreat at 42 acres which was a fantastic experience. Tasha is incredibly knowledgable and generous with her teaching.

Ordered the White Reishi Chai Syrup, had a little wait whilst a fresh batch was being made but at least I know it is fresh. It is delicious as a chia hot drink and very good for you. Looking at the ingredients I was wondering if you could add this to making muffins...might give it a go.

Amazing, lovingly made and affective foods as always! The birchpolypore honey, elderberry tonic and sea buckthorn juice have become my firm favourites and it’s reassuring and comforting to have them, especially in Winter to keep my immunity strong!

Set in a beautiful landscape, my partner and I had the joy of joining Tasha's Winter Medicinals workshop. Tasha was really welcoming and shared so much of knowledge with everyone. She happily answered any questions, offered plenty of advice for growing our own mushrooms, harvesting and preserving. The guided tour of the site was an added bonus and we really enjoyed the mix of practical and learning. Our plant-based lunch was absolutely delicious: a treat having freshly picked winter chanterelles from our morning walk.
I highly recommend Tasha's course – her passion for the land and nature's bounties is infectious and her knowledge is extensive. We will certainly be attending more!
