I am a retired person, and before joining Land Profit, I spent a lot of time searching for the right real estate program. I attended various trainings, and even purchased some property programmes, but none of them truly worked for me.
That all changed when I joined Ella's Land Profit mentorship program. From the start, the guidance, clarity, and support provided were exceptional. Unlike other programmes that left me feeling lost, Ella and her team walked me through every step of the land sourcing process, making land buying not only understandable but also achievable.

I’m a student of Ella’s and joint venture with her. I’m here not just to write a well deserved 5* review for Ella and her company, but to support her with the 2 recent reviews which are from unknowns outside of the company, (one reviewer leaving 9 out of 14 reviews a 1*!!), therefore not only cannot comment on an experience they evidently haven’t experienced but are ludicrous.
To state that the company is a scam and only takes the money couldn’t be further from the truth! Ella does have over 10 years experience (check out her LinkedIn page), and set up her company less than 5 years ago, as an educator, mentor and partnership. She delivers exactly what she offers to her students and more! The support is outstanding, as she shows passion in what she does offering 1-1 support to EACH student, as well as weekly calls.
As someone who is new to land uplifts and dyslexic, I’m overwhelmed with the training and support from day 1. Ella has a proven track record and students are genuinely having sites agreed that can be life changing. She does not offer a get rich quick as one review stated, she keeps it very real saying it takes time to get from start to completion, but with her level of support and guidance all the way, it’s a certain that people will be successful.
Land Profits is a growing community who all help each other. I’m an educated woman who did so much research prior to choosing Land Profits and I’m so glad I did.
With regards to the cost of joining the programme and what is included, it’s very worthwhile! I couldn’t recommend Land Profits enough.

Very expensive
Land flipping isn't the easiest way to make money online
Not the best business model in 2024. This company is not a good company lacking ethical and moral standards. When I first purchased the program there was so much promised. But these were all promises to entice me to pay to become a client. When I requested a refund they told me that I must stay with them for 6 months. I don’t know which customer relationship policy they are following and I don’t think this is legal. What’s missing here the presence of which could make a real difference for customers and what they care about is the milk of integrity. Justice takes much time but it curves toward righteousness. They are not an upstanding organization.

Great training platform with excellent support team. The LP community are very helpful and professional, I would highly recommend this training to people who are interested in choosing this strategy.

Ella is the font of all knowledge when it comes to land development, backed by her excellent team of planning consultants, architects, accountants and solicitors as well as the brilliant Sam and Georgina assisting us all. If you want a plug-and-play strategy to get you going quickly and easily, this is a great programme to sign up to. There's a lovely sense of community and we all guide and support each other. You can do it mostly from your laptop so if you're juggling another job (as I am), it's a really doable strategy.

I’ve studied plenty of courses over the past few years and invested a lot of money into professional training with multiple different mentors. Ella & The team at Land profits are without a shadow of a doubt the best investment I’ve made to date & the best change in path I have made and fully committed too.

The community is strong and extremely supportive, I always learn something on our Bi-weekly calls. Sam has been heaven sent, always giving me the time of day when I need a little advice.

The added bonus is the JV structure (if you need support funding the planning process). Ella will support you regardless of if it’s a JV or not. It’s exciting to see the success people have in the community, as patience is required when planning is involved.

I have actually tried several Property mentorship’s and they all encourage you to upgrade or buy extra to succeed, but this one is by far the best and great value!
You get unlimited access to Ella the land expert/mentor, as well as the WhatsApp group/community where there are loads of land & property professionals with a huge amount of experience and knowledge that are all happy to help.
