The pendant lamp I ordered to my home in Los Angeles in the U.S. was delivered on time, within 5-6 days, and undamaged. I was concerned about not receiving the product and getting ripped off but I decided to trust Lampmesteren and pay for the order with my card number. I would trust this company for my next purchase.

Great prices for Kartell accessories
Great prices for Kartell accessories. Shipping a bit steep, but coming from Denmark, quite understandable. Even with postage, the product was cheaper than buying direct. I would definitely recommend this efficient company.

Not what I ordered
Lamp purchased arrived with a two pin plug, this was not specified on the website and not compatable in Ireland despite the fact that the website was a .ie
Customer service was abrupt to say the least and not one bit helpful. Will never again purchase from this site.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The website stated that the lamps I ordered were in stock but they were not and I had to wait almost a month for them to be shipped.
In addition to this they then got stuck in customs due to the sender not providing the correct information. UPS has contacted them several times and so have I, nobody replies. Its a week since the lamps arrived in the UK and I still do not have them. Absolutely ridiculous.

We are sorry that you have experienced a prolonged delivery process in connection with your purchase.
We only had two items in stock and you ordered three. Our customer service agent offered to split the order and send you the two items that we have in stock and then send the last item when we receive it from the supplier - you chose not to go for that solution.
Unfortunately the supplier faced challenges in the supply chain due to a number of circumstances - this also applies for other suppliers at the moment. This was the main reason for the prolonged delivery process.
We apologize for the short delay in communication from our side - we did reply both you and the shipping company within reasonable time.
You have received your order at this point and we thank you for your purchase and patience.

I received my lamp with a broken bulb
I received my lamp with a broken bulb, I replaced it with the same model type in order to be able to use the lamp. I am now being told that is what created an issue with my lamp and that nothing can be done for me which I find unacceptable

I've placed quite a few orders with Lampemesteren lately, and without exception they've all been delivered fast. I've had one order I had to return as the lamp ended up being too small (I didnt check well enough), and the customer service was very helpful and efficient. I received my reply from customer service within minutes!

Despite considerable problems with the…
Despite considerable problems with the delivery company UPS, Lampemesteren did everything in their power to supply me with the item I ordered. It took a couple of months but they always answered my E-mails and tried hard to get UPS to see sense.
Otherwise the Lampemesteren lamp cable adjuster worked perfectly after I received it. :-)
