It’s been 20 months now since I ordered a wooden toy from them. Still haven’t received it and they don’t answer any emails.I’m sorry the company is lambisy

I purchased a merchandise online that i never received.
My address is very clear in the order but it was shipped to PERTH AMBOY, NJ instead.
LAMBISY said they are no responsible for the delivery and the order cannot be inquired due to exceeding the after-sales service time.

I also did not receive my order. I have emailed and chased company for product or refund with no success. This company is a scam. Avoid. Don't use.

I can't understand how so called companies can get away with unscrupulous practices. No communication what so ever, which usually means bad business/company to deal with. very dissatisfied that some people are so dishonest, stay away, but remember CARMA!

I also got scammed. I purchased the orrery for my birthday. Anyway I got a tracking number and was able to track via China Mail to the U.K. into Heathrow. When the item arrived in the U.K. it didn’t arrive at my address. It actually went right past my house in its way up north of the U.K. I was able to ascertain which house it went to or the business. It was a Chinese takeaway and restaurant. I complained to Lambisy and I the end they said that a replacement had been sent but nothing turned up. So I contacted by email again and eventually the company went silent. Luckily I purchased my with my PayPal account and I had to do a detailed questionnaire about who I contacted where I thought my parcel went to etc….. I got my refund within 5 minutes of submitting. If you purchased by PayPal you have a short time span to complain. If you purchased using a credit card contact your card provider. If you paid via debit card I don’t know but I think you can’t claim it back unless there is a visa icon on the card. I could be wrong.

They stole my money. I ordered figures for my granddaughter. Never received them, never heard anything. BUT THEY DID RECEIVE MY PAYMENT. Terrible company.

On impulse ordered a Grand Orrery from Lambisy because I always wanted one. Boy was that a mistake! A couple weeks after ordering I checked the order status and it said it had been delivered the day before, which it had not. I contacted them, they said they would reship. That was in February. It is now the 3rd week of April. I have sent a half dozen emails, all which have gone unanswered. Basically flushed $60. Shop elsewhere!!!

advertises something with fake photos then sends miniature version, not the measurements listed nor the item or photo. so when I asked to return I had to pay postage for THEIR error?

UK to China? dont think so, best to warn you to buy elsewhere form repeatable seller/ web site and avoid these liars., , All a big con, do not buy from,

Ordered an eyeliner tool with eyeliner. I received the eyeliner but not the tool. I have emailed 3 times and was told to ship back within 3 days for refund. I have asked for them to just send me the tool but they dont answer that. I have to ship to china which will cost close to what I paid!! If I coukd give 0 stars I would. Buyer beware
