I had the pleasure of having Nehal as my physio. She helped me both before and after an operation I had on my shoulder. The rehabilitation following my shoulder operation was amazing, I don’t know what I would have done without her. She explained everything so clearly, was patient, kind, caring and always happy to answer any of my queries over the many months I was seeing her. I had a combination of physio exercises and acupuncture which helped massively with the pain and rehabilitation. The best physio I have ever been to.

I felt in such safe hands with Nehal. She has been nothing but professional and so knowledgeable. I’ve never had acupuncture before and for the first week I wondered if it would work but it feels like a miracle. It’s unbelievable how much better I am. All thanks to Nehal.

I've been treated by two therapists at Lakky - Nehal for a hip problem and Simone for my elbow - and both were so professional in delivering the treatment but equally a pleasure to deal with. Both provided insights to the problems and treatment plans, which were effective in both cases.

He was very professional and explanatory in his approach to my treatment. I felt completely at ease as he administered his maniplulation and acupuncture treatments He was also very good at explaining the supplementary exercises he provided to me and the likely progress and outcomes as treatment progressed. In addition to that we had some very good, interesting and friendly general conversations at each appointment. By the end of the appointment sessions I felt as though had made a good friend. I would not hesitate to come back to Lakky for future treatment should a need arise. .

I am happy with the video-call appointments service I received. It was never late and very detailed. I was given different exercises and advices every week. Helped me a lot with my injures and helped me understand what my body needs to feel like before the accident. Very friendly as well.

Simone was very helpful and provided an exercise and eccentric stretching program after a few sessions of massage and acupuncture.

I was recommended to Lakky and found them to be knowledgeable, professional, friendly and have all the required Covid protocols in place to make me feel safe.
My treatment is ongoing but it is definitely making a difference.

I recently had treatment here for a bad back, very friendly and knowledgeable. After 5 sessions of acupuncture my back pain was gone, would very much recommend Lakky Physiopherapy.

I have been going to Lakky Physio on and off for a couple of years since I slipped a disc in my back. They are unfailingly helpful, considerate and friendly. Most importantly I know I wouldn’t be as active as I am today without Nehal. She always goes above and beyond to resolve any issues I have. I could not rate more highly.

I cannot recommend highly enough!

My right shoulder was in pain and i was on TDR for several weeks. Lakky physio have been a great in helping me to recover. I have been shown excercises which have helped me to restore strength to my shoulder. I would recommend Lakky physio for anyone with an injury.
