Shit product does not let your return in 120 day the material is see through do not by from them

Not even 1 star - cheap fabric wanted to return, refused to accept return or send a return label even though they have to under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 that irrespective of in sale or not they MUST allow returns within 14 days. I’m not leaving it here - they can not trade like this!

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Ordered joggers and they are the cheapest silky fabric worst ever. It says on website returns up to a year. Well everything is considered 50% off and thus all 50% off unreturnable.
SUCH A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER!

RIP off merchant, bought my daughter 3 dungarees and the one she wore has frayed on straps, my daughter contacted them to no avail, totally ignored her, if you pay over £70 per dungarees then you are nuts, every thing is sale so no refund. SCAM, stay well clear from these cowboys. I bet they haven’t been in any of the magazines they claim, top magazines will not have trash in their magazines. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING 🤬🤬🤬🤬

This company is a scam. The clothing was made very poorly and cost was high for cheep material. They said they could send replacement items but somehow they are very sorry for inconvenience but nothing for months. Very disappointed dont be fooled

I notified this company that two orders had been processed for me and needed one canceled. They said it was too late to cancel because they had been processed but they would allow me to return. Two weeks later they notified me they were shipping the orders. Another week passed and I received one order. After another week, the second order arrived.

I contacted the to tell them I needed to start the return process and they announced No! Considered Final Sale items because they were on sale (they are always on sale.) They refuse to refund my second purchase!!

This company scammed me out of $100+ and will not refund my money!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Do not order!! No order number, no tracking, no refund! Scam, scam, scam! Nor worth the one star but had to put one to post!

The product gives a uk address, but is clearly based overseas, meaning that returning the item will be expensive.
Added to that they don’t refund sale items, but everything is a sale item, so basically they don’t refund anything!!
The quality was really bad and not worth the ‘sale’ price, it certainty was NOT worth the full price.
The maternity dungarees I bought are being used for pyjamas
This is just a scam and I’m actually highly unlikely to order from the internet again - other than recognised uk companies.

Clothing didn't come for weeks, then they wouldn't let me make a return when one of the items was a terrible fit. Bad customer service and policies. Absolutely won't shop from here again.

I bought 3 pairs of leggings for $90…they are so horrible. The weird funky neoprene fabric and fit is horrible. It shows every lump & bump and is shiny foreign fabric. As soon as I placed my order they sent an email saying there will be a delays (o sweat they were still making them!) I tried to cancel my order they wouldn’t. So 2 weeks later I get the crappy leggings & email them for the return. They won’t respond. Scam Scam Scam…. Do not buy!

I purchased a pair of maternity overalls from Lahloya a few months ago, which were advertised as being soft, stretchy, and comfortable. The product I received was not remotely as advertised. The sizing is dramatically off (far too small) and the material is stiff and uncomfortable. As a result, the overalls barely fit and were extremely unflattering. When I attempted to make a return, the AI bot that responded to my email indicated the product was on final sale and unable to be returned, but they could offer me a one-time exception to provide an exchange. I didn't see the point of exchanging the overalls for some other low-quality item from them, so I declined. Pregnant people have enough to deal with without being subjected to scams by predatory companies like Lahloya. Strongly recommend avoiding them.

Read the other reviews. I wish I'd read them first. The dungarees are horrid, such rubbish material and don't fit properly at all. They refuse to refund them saying they don't do refunds for anything that is discounted at more than 50% on their website (all the dungarees are permanently 'discounted' at more than 50%). This is illegal under UK consumer law, and misleading consumers about the law is also illegal. You then have to go back and forth with them pointing out that they are acting illegally before they will eventually agree to a refund when you threaten to report them. I've just reported them to Trading Standards. It's worth others doing the same to get them shut down.

Wish I read the reviews online before buying. I’m so angry with myself getting scammed. The clothes are so poorly made and see through. Legit was made for $2. And the smell when opening the bags. Disgusting. My family felt sick breathing it in. Must have so much chemicals. They won’t even refund. Do not buy from this place.

Scam alert! I ordered 3 pairs of oversized jumpsuit shorts in size Large from Lahloya. The items were extremely cheap quality, insanely undersized, and do not fit my wife at all — it’s like they were made for tiny Asian women instead of the advertised US sizing. The company took forever to ship, refuses a refund, and I found multiple reviews online saying they’re a scam business operating from China but claiming a US address in Wyoming.

Shipping was an exceptionally long period. Promised free returns and refused. Attempted to offer more junk from site instead. Reporting as scam.

Never again will I order from Lahloya. You can get the same items on Amazon for less, with no hassles about returns. There is no such thing as customer service.

My experience in trying to return items was horrendous and I eventually gave up. It was likie hitting a brick wall.

I accidentally ordered my daughter 2 identical long jumpsuits.....although they couldn't offer me a refund.....they sent me a short jumpsuit!!!!

Scammed by Lahloya! Both leggings damaged (ripped) and I was promised a replacement pair which I never received and because they delayed reporting it to PayPal waiting on the replacement PayPal will not assist!!!

Customer service? I believe it doesn’t exist. 6/9/25. Over a month since I placed my order. There is no information about my order.
