Great service, just the prices are a little on the high side for some of the products sold - but I think it’s not bad.

Would order again
Would order again. Product took a few weeks to arrive, but it was clearly stated when purchased. They also gave me some free samples which was great.

Ilady Bonita is the best store online…
Ive been shopping with Lady Bonita for years! They have the world's best customer service, very friendly team and great brands to choose from. I recommend them all the time and will continue to support the business forever. For those people who complain about how long it took to receive their pre order items, they explain it on the product pages on time frames. I recently bought a pre order product and it took 3 days. But they can't control how long it takes for a company to send them the items. Have some patience.

The mystery box win
The mystery box came with everything I didn’t know I needed. Cleanser, toner, moisturizer and sun block - I’m used to mystery boxes having 1 or two good items. I loved everything.
Obsessed with snail 92.
