It took some time to figure out my actual size because you have to size down.

The help I received in the store and online are kind and very customer friendly.

Very elegant clothing for work and private but what keeps bothering me it the way they send the clothing , all wrinkeled and seeming of the trousers. I now have 4 pair that had to be redone and for the price you pay this should not happen!( They do cover the costs btw)

These are the best clothes I have worn in my entire life, and I am 56! LaDress clothes are so easy to wear, easy to clean (washing machine and no ironing!), they combine wonderfully with everything, and the quality is superb. Sizes are correct and true to Dutch sizing standards (check the comparisons for international sizing!). Whenever I need to return anything the refund is done within a few working days, and communication with customer service is swift and kind. I now have a wardrobe full of LaDress, and I never 'don't know what to wear' anymore. So happy!

LaDress clothes are always wonderful, great quality and a pleasure to wear. Never had any issues with returning an order. The brand has a great fit for Dutch women, I highly recommend investing in some great pieces that will last for years.

Onlangs een aankoop gedaan bij LaDress. De wollen trui is perfect afgewerkt en voelt erg fijn aan. Ik ga m zeker in een andere kleur bestellen!

Super kwaliteit!!

Kwaliteit is perfect. Blijft mooi. Enige opmerking is de lengte van sommige broeken. Deze is absurd lang. Ik ben 1,74 meter, heb lange benen maar moet ze altijd korter laten maken. Zelfs met hakken moet minimaal de zoom eraf. Bij de spijkerbroeken is dat echt heel erg zonde. Mijn lengte is boven gemiddeld. Misschien verschillende lengtematen? Verder echt top service, mooie blijvende kwaliteit en tijdloos.

De service is persoonlijk en professioneel, en de verzending was snel en zorgvuldig verpakt. Je merkt aan alles dat er veel aandacht en liefde in elk item zit. Poor quality and sizes are not true to fit. Tried to return and they ghosted me. Do not purchase from them!
