After we ordered it went to the bathroom and it was very smelly and dirty... I also noticed tgat the whole place seemed grubby. We only had burgers and the beef burger was ok but the chicken burger was horrible reconstituted chicken ,very greasy and tasteless. The fries were cold. Dont go there - there are much better places around there.

This review relates to the restaurant in Malaga town centre. We sat down at a table, and the waitress came over and took our order. About a couple of minutes later a waiter came over and thrust menus in front of us. It was the most offensive demeanour I have ever encountered in a restaurant. I explained our order had been taken, and did not show any reaction. TBH it felt like he knew, but wanted to avail the opportunity to be offensive, but let’s not be paranoid.

Our meal arrived: paella. We took our first mouthful. Had we been at home we would have spat it out. The rice was not cooked properly. We called over a waiter, not the same one. He was very good, and we had the meal replaced. The same waiter who had been very good returned and placed the food in front of us, no eye contact or words, and immediately turned his back. I have never had a meal placed in front of me in that manner: it was offensive and disappointing. Our new meal should have been meat, 'well done'. Most of the meat was well done, apart from a piece that was much thicker: it was 'very' pink, borderline red. Both of us had the same meal, and had a similar meal experience, ie a similar bad second meal.

We will never eat at this food chain again, for fear of food poisoning, and through sheer anxiety at the prospect of experiencing the ‘customer service’.

Four of us went for a meal for our anniversary .what a disaster. we ordered 4 meals.after waiting a long long time 2 meals came both pretty much cold.waited another 10 min's no more food questioned the waiter he said you only ordered 2 meals we said why would 4 people only order 2 meals?? and if this guy thought that why didn't he ask the others what they wanted he left with a big smirk on his face manager came over we told her what had happened .when we told here the waiter thought it was a big joke her she did nothing at all.. this place is a disaster. oh and there was another couple sat at the side of us having exactly the same problems.the waiter we had problems with him on our first visit after our meal we asked him something for the leftovers for our cats at home he returned maybe a couple of min's later only to throw the plastic container on to the table from approximately 2 or 3 meters away.. as i said very very poor service and the food wasn't up too much either considering the prices of the food....we expected much better

Cuatro de nosotros fuimos a comer por nuestro aniversario. Qué desastre. Pedimos 4 comidas. Después de esperar mucho tiempo, 2 comidas llegaron prácticamente frías. Esperamos otros 10 minutos y no había más comida. Le preguntamos al camarero y él dijo que solo habíamos pedido 2 comidas. Dijimos: ¿por qué 4 personas solo pedirían 2 comidas? Y si este tipo pensó eso, ¿por qué no les preguntó a los demás qué querían? Se fue con una gran sonrisa en su rostro. El gerente se acercó y le contamos lo que había sucedido. Cuando se lo contamos, el camarero pensó que era una gran broma y no hizo nada en absoluto. Este lugar es un desastre. Ah, y había otra pareja sentada a nuestro lado que tenía exactamente los mismos problemas. El camarero con el que tuvimos problemas en nuestra primera visita, después de nuestra comida, le pedimos algo para las sobras de nuestros gatos en casa, regresó quizás un par de minutos después solo para tirar el recipiente de plástico a la mesa desde aproximadamente 2 o 3 metros de distancia. Como dije, un servicio muy, muy malo y la comida tampoco era muy buena considerando los precios de la comida... esperábamos algo mucho mejor.
