Hi Jonathan, We're fairly familiar with what our competitors are charging for embroidery and at $6, we are among the lowest pricing. We just hope they didn't use rayon thread that will fade after a few washes.

We're sorry that you are not happy. The reason you received your lab coat without a name embroidered is because you did not have a name on your order. As for the logo/company name being too small, we did send you a logo sample which you approved. If you would like to resolve this, we would prefer you contact us rather than us here about this through a review.

Nice product, but purchasing challenges
I would've given a 5; however, there was trouble with purchasing with our credit card. It wouldn't go thru, but it was a valid card. They tried several times, but no luck. So, I had to hold the order and go thru a PO process, which prolonged the order a few weeks.

I heard you like lab coats.
I ordered a lab coat according to my schools specifications and was told to order a similar coat because they were out of stock, and would not be in stock for more than a month. I then placed an order for the similar one and within a few days received an email confirmation that the initial order had been shipped. I was charged for both orders, and when I contacted the company was told they couldn’t take the return for both lab coats, but was offered a 40% discount.. on another lab coat. Currently suggesting other companies for my fellow student to purchase through.

The service was okay
The service was okay. Communication was a bit lacking so it extended the time before I received. I had to reach out and ask where things stood and that started things going again.When I finally got the lab coats the names were correct but some other company's logo was on them so I had to reach out again and that added even more time. As far as the quality of the lab coats and embroidery goes, it was just fine.

I never received my lab coat. Despite promises, three to be exact that it would be expedited due to the wait time. I also had to reach out to them each time.
